The Influence of Orff Music on Children
Now more and more kindergartens apply Orff music to teaching. In the process of teaching, I can deeply understand some inspirations that Orff's music brings to children. Nowadays, children's preschool education is mostly about art, and many parents also hope that their children will have a skill in the future.

The origin of Orff's music;

Every kindergarten teacher, parents and music practitioner must have heard of Orff's music teaching method.

Is this music teaching method like that in 2000? Montessori? Like a whirlwind, it has revived in recent years.

Why is it new? As early as the end of 1980, Professor Liao Naixiong of Shanghai Conservatory of Music visited Mr. Orff, and returned to China on 198 1 to introduce Orff's music teaching method, bringing it back to China, and training the first batch of Orff teachers in China three years later. Orff's music teaching method encouraged children's creativity and made them feel life and music in a game atmosphere, which was warmly sought after at that time.

So before 2000, Orff teaching training courses were held in Beijing, Henan and other places. Since then, foreign professors have been invited to teach in China. After many field activities, Orff's teaching method has gradually formed localization. But the scope of influence has not reached the whole country. At that time, Orff's official website had not been established, and many teachers had limited learning channels, so some places gradually faded after receiving a training.

Since 2000, with the growth of Orff teachers, Orff teaching method training has been carried out nationwide. The development of Orff's teaching method in China attracted more people, and began to affect Guangdong, Wuhan, Hebei, Qingdao and other places. In Wuhan, as the only conservatory of music in Central China, foreign teachers' teaching method was started on 20 14, and professional foreign teachers' teaching method was dispatched.

In Aigle International Art Education Base, we started Orff class from 20 15, and independently created and developed a set of mature Orff teaching methods.

Why do many parents use Orff music? I'll give you the answer below.

First, Orff music can cultivate versatile babies.

(1) Cultivate your baby's concentration and coordination.

In class, the baby needs to listen, see with eyes, learn to sing with mouth, and cooperate with various movements to mobilize all the baby's organs to participate in the performance of music, so that the baby can concentrate and learn very fast. At the same time, it also exercised the coordination ability of various organs.

(2) Cultivate your baby's listening and creativity.

0? The 3-year-old baby is a critical period for the development of hearing. In the meantime, let the baby listen to various sounds and rhythms, which is helpful to the development of listening. Because the baby has little social experience, the performance of creativity is not obvious. The 4-year-old baby is a critical period for the development of creativity. At this time, if you make full use of the characteristics of your baby during this period, you can develop your baby's creativity. For example, the teacher inspires the baby: the teacher sings to climb to the top of the head, and the children can tell where to climb? Some children say they climb on their noses, some say they climb on their necks, and some say they climb on their asses. The teacher encouraged them to answer and sing with the baby. The teacher can further inspire the baby: it can be crawling, what else can it be? Some children say fly, some say float, and some say go. In short, let the baby use his brain and create his own lyrics.

(3) Cultivate the baby's mood

Because this kind of activity is relaxed and pleasant, the baby will learn it once and will not bring pressure to the baby, so the baby is full of emotions and excited, which is conducive to the baby to express his emotions in this way.

(4) Cultivate the baby's talent for other arts.

In the process of learning Orff, you can play musical instruments, dance, and sometimes play a piece of music, so that the baby can express the music with pictures. For example, when hearing the sound of running water, the baby may draw a winding line, and when hearing the sound of waves, he may draw one line after another to represent the waves. This cultivates the baby's ability to understand other art forms.

Second, improve children's interpersonal skills.

There are many one-child families in our country. In these families, there are often many adults around a child, which leads the child to be self-centered, so that the child often forgets or ignores the existence of others and does not know how to communicate with others. If you meet parents who are busy with work and are not good at guiding, children will have problems in interpersonal communication over time. Or have a shrinking mentality. It is difficult to get along with others, or too strong in personality, unable to listen to different opinions, unable to respect others, and difficult to cooperate with others to complete tasks. What's more, in order to attract attention or please friends, deliberately tease and anger others. If we continue to develop, it will be difficult to get along with colleagues when we grow up, let alone cooperate and finish our work together.

Orff's teaching method requires a full understanding of children's personality characteristics, psychological state and family upbringing. Teachers should be fully prepared according to what they have learned, and let the children follow the teacher from beginning to end in class. In cheerful songs and happy games, children gradually integrate into such a musical environment. Using small percussion instruments, such as bells and tambourines, let children perform some simple instrumental ensembles and two parts with the cornerstone rhythm they have just learned, and ask children to listen to each other and cooperate accurately. In this exercise, children begin to notice the existence of other children and know to cooperate with others and play music well. Dance teaching also has related and step-by-step arrangements. At the beginning, let two or three children hold hands together, turn around, touch their feet, stamp their feet and so on. The child can do it soon and is very happy. Let them know that only by making good friends with other children can they get this kind of happiness. Various forms of cooperative competition games between two or more people will appear every three or five times. Children understand that if they want to win, they must respect their friends and cooperate well with them. Only by uniting with everyone can they complete the task well. The excavation and cultivation of this kind of interpersonal skills will benefit children for life.

Third, Orff music class can develop multiple intelligences.

Orff's music enables everyone to learn and master original music and exercise other abilities in a relaxed and happy mood without difficulties and pressures. This kind of feeling and experience is not obtained by external knowledge infusion and technical training, but by personal participation, spontaneous, natural and intangible.

Everything should conform to the nature of children, and there should be active children. They are not satisfied with sitting quietly listening to a strange piece of music, they will make up their own songs; When I hear music with my own body, I will dance naturally and try to express my feelings. You can try to play orff instruments under the clever guidance of parents or teachers to create your own imaginary fairy tale world; They can sing their collective stories in a simple tone. This is the children, they need this music world! This music world makes the baby feel very happy!

In short, in Orff's teaching process, we can always feel the surprise brought by music. Children not only participate in music activities with great interest, but also improve their comprehensive abilities such as language ability, comprehension, performance ability and innovation ability, and always feel the happiness brought by music.
