As we all know, to be among the ranks of civil servants, we must pass two cruel and severe tests: written test and interview. If the written examination of civil servants is a "qualification contest", which proves that the candidates who have passed the examination already have the basic ability and quality of a civil servant, then the interview of civil servants is a "knockout" and a process of "selecting the best from the best". Every candidate who enters the interview is very strong, and the first three to five out of hundreds are outstanding. So, is it a leap or a cliff to finally enter the interview? How do you choose?
The gap between the candidates is narrowing. Interview training can obviously improve the quality of candidates. The answer may be different. The competition in the interview market has become fierce. Let's talk about the two overlords of the civil service training market: Tuhua education VS Chinese public education. When Tuhua Education took the lead in launching professional special interview courses, Zhonggong Education also launched special job training interview courses. The same position and the same proportion of enrollment, the full amount of no more than one person. With the refinement, optimization and homogenization of the course, it is time to test the real knife and gun when you walk into the interview examination room, and the result will be known.
We collected the data of class 1564, and finally chose the unified examination as the examination type through screening, because as can be seen from the data, the effects of provincial examination and national examination are basically the same. In the national examination class, we selected 500 classes with a large amount of data (300 written tests and 200 interviews) as samples, almost all of which were graffiti education and Chinese public education. Because we found that many small and medium-sized institutions didn't know their own data when we collected them, many classes lost their data in the end, so we could only get relevant information indirectly from their academic staff. Let's analyze the data:
On the interview pass rate, the national examination position consists of 1:3 and 1:5, which means it takes three or five people to recruit a person to enter the interview. The average pass rate of the national examination interview is Amp=26%. Through the analysis of 200 samples, among them, 120 graffiti data is Amp=58%, and 80 China public data is Amp=46%, which means that the average pass rate of graffiti 120 interview class is 59%, while that of China public is 46%, reaching 53% as a whole, with a relative of 26.
From the data point of view, 59% and 46% have opened the gap to a certain extent, and the prospective civil servants standing at the starting line of the interview believe that they will make a choice. Under such market conditions, 13% is more effective than training, and more professional and targeted interview counseling will lead the field of civil servant training.
On the provincial examination samples in Shandong, Guangzhou, Jilin and Hunan, the data obtained are basically consistent with the national examination. Therefore, it can be concluded that the results of candidates can be improved to some extent through training. As for the reason, after communicating with teachers and students, we know that there is no secret recipe for grading. Generally speaking, students have systematically reviewed and practiced through training, intentionally or unintentionally, and their grades are naturally significantly higher than the natural level.
