Accounting Practice Certificate (also known as National Accounting Practice Professional Ability Certificate) is led by China Business Federation and issued by ATEP National Accounting Practice Vocational Training and Employment Promotion Project Office under the joint guidance of Ministry of Education, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, Ministry of Commerce and China Finance, Trade, Textile and Tobacco Trade Union. Accounting practice certificate is the standard of practical skills of accounting practitioners. As a national skill standard for accounting personnel, it is an important condition for accounting practice, which is conducive to strengthening and possessing the condition of "having certain accounting professional knowledge and skills" in the qualification of accounting qualification certificate registration.
