Changing a single variety into a multi-variety combination, changing simple production into one-stop production, supply and marketing, and integrating agriculture, industry and commerce are undoubtedly effective measures to solve the above phenomenon. However, before selecting varieties, it is necessary to conduct extensive investigation, research and demonstration analysis on local raw materials, technology, market and production environment, so as to effectively ensure production benefits. According to the current domestic market recognition of edible fungi and consumers' consumption concept of edible fungi food, as well as local economic development and residents' income level, the domestic market and consumption can be divided into the following three categories for analysis.

① The southern market includes markets in most parts of South China and parts of East China. Frankly speaking, at present, the technological process or technical operation of almost all conventional agricultural products is not the main problem, but the key lies in the smooth sales channels, which in turn depends on the establishment and improvement of the sales network, as in the production of edible fungi. Looking at the development of edible fungi industry and product prices, the whole is a "saddle-shaped" trajectory, and the reasons for this ups and downs are not only some man-made or natural factors, but also smooth sales channels are the main restrictive factors. The establishment of sales channels will take a long time to "imperceptibly" before it can "accumulate and develop" and further stabilize and develop.
