What position is hr?
Hr is a human resources position.

The broadest definition of HumanResources (HR) refers to human resource management, which includes six modules: human resource planning, recruitment, training, performance, salary and labor relations. Mostly used in the company's personnel department. It is an important position in the company. Personnel recruitment, training, employee assessment, employee salary and employee transfer are all related to personnel.

Human resources refer to the sum of the working-age population, the population below working age and the population above working age who have the ability to work in a country or region. Human resources also refer to the education, ability, skills, experience and physical strength that people in an organization have in a certain period that can be used by enterprises and contribute to value creation.

Responsibilities of human resources department

1. Recruitment and Employment: HR is responsible for making recruitment plans, publishing recruitment information, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, making employment plans, and assisting new employees to find jobs.

2. Salary and welfare management: HR is responsible for formulating enterprise salary policies, adjusting and distributing employee salaries, and managing employee social insurance, provident fund and other welfare benefits.

3. Employee training and development: HR is responsible for making employee training plans, arranging training courses, managing training budgets, evaluating training effects, and career development planning and performance management of employees.

4. Human resource strategic planning: HR is responsible for formulating human resource strategic planning, designing organizational structure, optimizing human resource processes, and providing strategic support for human resource management.

5. Labor relations management: HR is responsible for handling employees' work disputes, managing trade union relations, formulating enterprise employee manuals and managing employees' labor relations.
