Interview forms of national examination and border inspection: generally, structured interviews or leaderless group discussions are adopted, and some units will adopt both interview forms at the same time.

First, structured interviews.

Structured interview refers to a form of interview implemented according to standardized procedures. Based on job analysis, it uses the same evaluation elements and interview questions for candidates applying for the same position, and the candidates are evaluated by systematically trained examiners at the same time according to established standards.

Second, there is no leading group discussion.

Leaderless group discussion is a method of group interview. Candidates are grouped according to the same or similar positions, and each group puts forward their own opinions without organization, and conducts leaderless discussions on given questions and materials for a certain period of time.

Examiners sit at a certain distance behind or opposite the candidates, do not participate in the discussion, and only evaluate the candidates' ability and quality according to a set of preset standards by observing their performance in the discussion.
