As the legal representative of private educational institutions, the organizers shall bear legal responsibilities and management obligations.

As the legal representative, the sponsor needs to perform relevant legal obligations and responsibilities, including handling relevant registration procedures, observing relevant laws and regulations, and ensuring the quality and safety of education.
