According to the requirements of the State Education Commission for cultivating undergraduates and training objectives, the teaching content of military, political, cultural and physical education is divided into three stages: aviation theory, initial teaching machine and higher education machine, and 39 specialized courses are offered. Aviation theory courses mainly include aerodynamics, flight mechanics, air navigation, air shooting, aviation meteorology, aircraft structure and so on. After 1 year's training, students can master landing route flight driving skills, dark cabin instrument flight driving skills, simple and complex aerobatic flight driving skills, simple aerobatic flight driving skills of two-plane formation, basic navigation methods and basic driving skills of simple meteorological flight at night. While learning flight skills, students should also carry out comprehensive training in four aspects: military and political style. The third stage: the training stage of higher education machine. Higher education aircraft are generally subsonic jet trainers, and the training time of higher education aircraft is 1 year. After 1 year training, the technical level that students should reach is: mastering flight driving skills and aerobatic driving skills. When I graduated, I wrote my graduation thesis, passed the graduation examination and thesis defense, and was granted graduation with qualified results. After graduation, students will get a bachelor's degree, be awarded the rank of lieutenant, and be appointed as assistant positions in the company. Most of them will be awarded bachelor's degrees in military science (top students will be awarded the rank of captain and appointed as assistant companies). At this point, the transition from flight cadet to pilot is completed. After graduation, the flight students of Fighter Flight Academy were assigned to the aviation training base for fighter modification training. Students who graduated from the Bombing and Bombing Flight Academy are assigned to bomber flight units or transport aircraft flight units for modification training or directly undertake air missions. The fourth stage: modification training stage. The modification training time is 1 year, which is the connecting stage between the flight academy and the aviation unit, and also the transition stage from subsonic flight to supersonic flight. At this time, the transition from pilot to air combat personnel was completed. The third stage: the tactical training stage of aviation units mainly carries out tactical training, focusing on combat technology and tactical application training in combination with combat tasks to improve the ability to carry out tasks under complex conditions.
