Second, strengthen nursing safety management to ensure nursing safety.
1. Strengthen the awareness of nursing safety risks, attach importance to the feedback of dangerous information, and establish a standardized reporting system for adverse events and safety hazards, that is, nursing department-head nurse-nurse, and collect nursing risk factors step by step. In the second half of the year, the nursing department established the key monitoring of five adverse events, such as pressure sore, fall, pipe slippage, medication error, transfusion and transfusion reaction. * * * Three patients were reported to have fallen, all of whom were elderly patients in internal medicine. There were 2 cases of tube slippage, medication error 1 case, 5 cases of transfusion reaction, and no bedsore occurred in the hospital (except the inevitable bedsore). None of the above adverse events caused serious adverse consequences. The nursing department organizes the head nurse to adhere to the principle of handling the incidents, summarize and analyze the incidents, and implement the improvement measures for some minor negligence in the work by organizing study and discussion. Organize nursing quality control personnel to study and discuss unsafe incidents and safety risk analysis in the hospital every quarter, and put forward effective rectification measures.
2, adhere to the head nurse rounds four times a week, supervision and inspection of nursing staff on-the-job situation and job responsibilities, timely find the deviation in nursing work, timely give correct treatment, adhere to the head nurse's regular meeting every month, in view of the shortcomings in the work, formulate targeted and effective improvement measures to ensure the quality and safety of nursing.
3, in-depth departments to urge the head nurse to check key patients every day, such as new arrival, transfer, preoperative, postoperative, life can't take care of themselves and critical patients with potential medical disputes, supervise the implementation of nursing work, strengthen quality control, reduce the occurrence of nursing defects, and no medical accidents have occurred in the past year. In June, 58 cases of nursing defects were reported,1-1,which were mainly due to mistakes in copying doctor's orders and nurses' charging for medicines, and no medical accidents occurred.
4. Enhance the risk awareness, legal awareness and evidence awareness of nurses, and strengthen the compliance of nurses. In the first half of the year, the management system of poisonous and hemp drugs and high-risk drugs was standardized, and the counters and special areas were stored and managed by special personnel. high-risk drugs marked a clear goal. The handbook "Use and Precautions of Rescue Drugs" was compiled, one for each person for study and reference. In the second half of the year, the nursing department further standardized the management system of rescue instruments, equipment and drugs to ensure regular inspection and cleaning and maintenance by special personnel. Effectively ensure that the rescue equipment is in the standby function state.
Third, strengthen nursing quality control and improve clinical nursing quality.
(1) The nursing quality inspection and assessment system has been improved. The nursing department personnel go to the department for inspection, supervision and assessment from time to time, and organize the head nurses to cross-check in the hospital every month, which promotes the learning exchange between the head nurses and departments, and effectively promotes the unification and improvement of the nursing quality in the whole hospital. The nursing department informs the nursing quality inspection in written form, including the inspection results and shortcomings. All departments are required to put forward improvement measures according to the problems. And focus on inspection in the next round. According to the "Requirements on Strengthening Clinical Nursing Work" issued by the Ministry of Health, quality control items such as basic nursing, health education and implementation of nursing system have been added to the nursing quality control this year.
(2) Improve the network of nursing quality control system, attach importance to the quality control function of department quality control team, clarify the responsibilities and working methods of nursing quality control team in each department, and the nursing department holds quality control meetings every quarter to analyze and discuss the problems existing in hospital nursing, put forward rectification opinions, and clarify the nursing quality control points. And better promote the consciousness of nursing quality control personnel to participate in quality management, and play a great role in grasping the quality control of links.
(3) Simplify the writing of nursing documents and save time for patients.
The nursing department carefully organized nursing staff to learn the requirements of the new grading nursing system and nursing writing norms, and deeply understood the connotation. Organize head nurses to discuss the implementation plan, and on the basis of fully ensuring the evidential role of nursing documents in medical disputes, try to simplify nursing writing by table recording.
(four) the effective implementation of health education and graded nursing system.
This year, we will continue to do a good job in the evaluation of grade nursing and health education, regard these two jobs as the main line of nursing work this year and run through the monthly evaluation of nursing quality, formulate the path of disease health education, strengthen clinical health education, strengthen nurses' awareness of health education, and implement the responsibility system for nurses. In June, the nursing department took the implementation of health education as the key project of continuous quality improvement in nursing department this year, and achieved good results. The coverage rate of health education has reached 100%, but the awareness rate of patients' health knowledge is still not ideal. There are some reasons, such as poor education level of patients, many elderly patients, weak ability and willingness to accept knowledge, and some factors, such as inadequate work of nursing staff and lack of theoretical knowledge. At the same time, each department has established a nursing patrol list to carry out disease patrol. Further let nurses walk into the ward, close to patients, and improve patient satisfaction.

In order to strengthen nurses' knowledge of health education and the use of rescue drugs, a theoretical examination was organized for nurses in the whole hospital in June. At the end of the year, the professional nursing theory examination was conducted. At the end of the year, each department arranged cardiopulmonary resuscitation and simple breathing sac operation learning, and the nursing department randomly selected 56 people to conduct operation competition on the basis of passing the examination of each department. Improve the implementation plan of standardized training for nurses at the end of the year. According to the plan, the training plan for nurses, especially new nurses and junior nurses, will be formulated at regular intervals next year, and the contents and requirements of standardized training will be clarified. The management of nurses' study, assessment, work quality, service attitude and attendance in the form of credits is an important basis for nurses' promotion, appointment and re-registration.
(2) The nursing department strictly pays special attention to the training, assessment and management of newly assigned nursing staff rotation, and each department selects nursing staff with excellent professional level to teach, and requires the teaching staff to conduct theoretical and operational assessment on rotation nurses, and conduct assessment before leaving the department. The results are recorded in the personal rotation manual of nursing students and reported to the nursing department for the record after rotation. The nursing department also plans to send nursing backbones out for further study, namely 1 midwife, 1 emergency department and 2 hemodialysis rooms. However, due to the tight schedule of nursing staff in the department, some further education plans were not completed as planned. The head nurse and nursing backbone were arranged to attend various academic conferences in other places for 27 times, and nurses and above participated in continuing credit education for 75 times. After returning to the hospital, the off-campus learners report their learning situation to the nursing department orally or in writing, and arrange learning exchanges between departments and hospitals. However, due to the shortage of nursing staff and the fault of senior nursing staff, the completion of overseas study and specialist nurse training has been seriously restricted.

(1) This year, I accepted five nurses' internships in township hospitals and nursing colleges, and arranged 25 newly assigned nurses to rotate their posts in departments. Students report that most teachers care about students and have a strong sense of responsibility, and the teaching quality has improved. According to the feedback from interns, the departments with better teaching atmosphere are internal medicine and emergency department. (2) Being good at summing up experience and based on the innovation of clinical nursing work, the hospital wrote 5 nursing papers this year. However, there is still a big gap between the number of papers, the level of papers and the goal. There is no application for nursing research projects, and the plan at the beginning of the year is not completed.
