I am honored to attend the "Famous Teacher" training class in primary and secondary schools in xx District, and I am very grateful to the District Education Bureau for building such a good learning platform for us, so that I can have such a precious opportunity to improve myself in all directions. Generally speaking, this training is rich in content and diverse in forms, with special reports from educational experts, observation classes around topics and interactive discussions among students. The following are some of my experiences in training:

Optimistic about education.

Looking back on the teacher training in the past six months, it is really rich in content and diverse in forms. Experts' educational and teaching ideas, personality charm and academic spirit are deeply imprinted in my heart. In particular, Professor xx's lecture on "Looking for Teachers' Professional Happiness" was really touching, which benefited me a lot and taught me how to experience happiness from my usual work. Our teachers are under pressure from themselves, schools, families, parents and so on. In the face of such great pressure, we must first learn to love ourselves and adjust our mentality. Because a person's psychological factors not only affect his health and longevity, but also affect his success or failure. As a teacher, we should learn to adjust our own psychology, learn to communicate with students at the same time, and face it positively with a sunny attitude, so as to have a good teaching effect.

Insist on reading and enrich the connotation.

Anyone who wants to develop is inseparable from books, and the boundary of reading is the boundary of life. Books allow us to cross time and space and have a spiritual dialogue with sages. Almost all the teachers who trained us talked about this problem. As a teacher, we should not only read books on education and teaching, but also read widely. Without reading, how to teach more deeply and how to have a dialogue with students and texts in class? How to master the teaching skills of keeping pace with the times? In the process of training, I deeply felt my own gaps and shortcomings. As a teacher, we should constantly "charge" ourselves. I deeply feel that only by constantly enriching myself and reading extensively can I be proficient in teaching, instead of reading from the book and being boring. Teaching needs teachers to constantly refresh, not copy. In particular, the new textbooks and new ideas now provide a broader stage for our teachers, and at the same time put forward higher requirements for each of our teachers. We need innovative ideas and innovative theories. Therefore, in the future, we should insist on reading to enrich our own connotation and let ourselves get better development.

Be an innovative and research-oriented teacher

Through this training, I can reflect on myself and find the distance between myself and the "famous teacher". I often think: What should I do to become a good teacher in specific education and teaching? How to be a good student guide? Usually tired of coping with daily teaching, many problems have not been explored and thought seriously. I think I still have many shortcomings:

1. Separation of teaching and research. "Teachers grow through action research". To become a backbone teacher with expertise in education and scientific research, it is not enough to teach, but also to study. If education is to develop professionally, it is necessary to put the self-discipline mechanism on the control and implementation of educational activities on the basis of certain behavioral norms. In the usual teaching activities, we should make more innovative attempts and learn more educational and teaching theories in order to accumulate, precipitate and absorb experience. Through this training, I realized that a teacher should not only have certain teaching experience, but also gradually change from experience to research. Educational research is an important way for teachers' professional development and an important trend of educational development.

2. Lack of passion and innovation.

Through this training, listening to experts' wonderful lectures and communicating with the students, I realized my poverty more clearly. Reflecting on this training and study, my feelings are mainly the following two aspects:

The classroom is the main position of our teachers.
