Our teachers are under pressure from themselves, schools, families, parents and so on. In the face of such great pressure, we must first learn to love ourselves and adjust our mentality. As a teacher, we should learn to adjust our own psychology, learn to communicate with students at the same time, and face it positively with a sunny attitude, so as to have a good teaching effect.
Insist on reading and enrich the connotation.
Anyone who wants to develop is inseparable from books, and the boundary of reading is the boundary of life. Books allow us to cross time and space and have a spiritual dialogue with sages. Almost all the teachers who trained us talked about this problem. As a teacher, we should not only read books on education and teaching, but also read widely. In the process of training, I deeply felt my own gaps and shortcomings. As a teacher, we should constantly "charge" ourselves. Through this training, I can reflect on myself and find the distance between myself and the "famous teacher". Usually tired of coping with daily teaching, many problems have not been explored and thought seriously. I think I still have many shortcomings:
1. Separation of teaching and research. "Teachers grow through action research". To become a backbone teacher with expertise in education and scientific research, it is not enough to teach, but also to study. If education is to develop professionally, it is necessary to put the self-discipline mechanism on the control and implementation of educational activities on the basis of certain behavioral norms. In the usual teaching activities, we should make more innovative attempts and learn more educational and teaching theories in order to accumulate, precipitate and absorb experience. Through this training, I realized that a teacher should not only have certain teaching experience, but also gradually change from experience to research.
