His research achievements have won the first prize of scientific research achievements in Peking University and the second prize of research achievements in philosophy and social sciences in Beijing. Familiar with the practice of human resource management in enterprises, and have some advanced management training and management consulting experience. He has provided management consulting and training for Samsung, COSCO and China Merchants Bank.
