Leaders and colleagues:
Hello everyone! I'm Liu XX from XX Post. I graduated from XXXX Department of XX University, and my major is XXXX.
It's an honor to sit here and share the excitement and happiness as a XX company! At the same time, I am also very grateful to the leaders for giving me this rare opportunity to exchange and learn with you. Thank you!
From the beginning of the pre-job training course to the present, there will be new insights and some new inspirations every day. Here, I will report some of my superficial ideas and experiences to you, hoping to arouse more thinking and brainstorming, even if it is my first modest contribution to the development of XX company!
If I have a preliminary understanding of the company during my two months working in XX Company, the new employee training these days has given me a deeper understanding of the company's development and culture. It can be said that XX Company is like a book. I am a reader. At first, I was attracted by its elegant title page. Every time I read a page, I know it better, but these things can attract you to go on. A day's training has benefited me a lot:
When I faced the leader, the cheerful and open-minded chairman relieved my pressure. "I was born as a farmer, and I worked in a factory like you ten years ago ..." The undisguised self-introduction showed his open-mindedness, which quickly narrowed the distance between employees and leaders. His humorous and vivid speech gave all the employees who participated in the training a good start, and also gave us a general understanding of the company's development, scale and corporate culture.
The youngest middle-level leader, director XX of CI Office, set an example for us. She introduced the development of CI in the company and explained the contents of CI in detail. In the process of explanation, the wording is more appropriate, especially with many vivid examples, which make all kinds of difficult concepts easy to understand. At the same time, she also told us some of her feelings and experiences in Boshen, taking herself as an example to tell us that as long as she works hard, she will definitely be rewarded.
There is no end to progress. The more you know about the company, the more you can feel your lack and deficiency in many aspects. This training has pointed out the direction for my future work and made me have a clear goal in developing myself. XX company gave me space and a stage. The predecessors of XX Company set up a ladder and paved the way for me. I want to seize this great opportunity, act quickly, get full development in all aspects, imprint the word "XX company" in my heart, and highly unify my own interests with those of the company. I will work hard every day, study every day, blaze new trails and strive for first-class for us with all my colleagues.
