Today, when I am about to leave Washington, I find myself making progress unconsciously, and my understanding of teaching has also undergone subtle changes.

First of all, Mr. Huang's training for us is all-round. From the research report to the detailed introduction of each link of the project, from the writing of teaching cases to the multi-dimensional thinking of classroom evaluation, it covers almost all aspects of teaching work. During the whole training process, Mr. Huang has been helping me, whether it is expressing incisive opinions in class, writing articles or doing projects, which not only inspired my confidence, but also set an example for me.

Moreover, I also benefited a lot from my classmates. There are many teaching talents, so I will discuss with them, and naturally I will not go home empty-handed. Get together every day to have classes, evaluate classes and listen to lectures. After work, it's late at night, still burning the midnight oil. Going to bed late and getting up early has become a fixed pattern every day, and I can't help but sigh that studying with the post is more tiring than going to work. In the studio, I learned not only professional knowledge and learning methods, but also the high-grade life style of Mr. Huang and his classmates who are persistent in education, tireless, rigorous and diligent, devoted to research and conscientious. At the same time, studying with the post broadens my horizons, broadens my thinking, changes my concept, and urges me to reflect on my previous work at a higher level, think more seriously about the challenges and opportunities I face now, and think more seriously about how to go in future teaching.

1 1 month 17 to 30, I was very honored to receive the careful guidance of Mr. Huang Dechu, the host of Guangdong primary and secondary school studios, in the field of Chinese teaching. In this half-month on-the-job training activity, I arrive at my post on time every day, take class notes carefully, and constantly reflect on my own shortcomings and improvement methods in combination with my teaching practice. No matter from Chinese major or life, I have been inspired by my beloved teacher Huang and several outstanding colleagues, and I have benefited a lot.

During his tenure, Mr. Huang arranged colorful and meaningful learning activities for us. We have listened to several wonderful classes given by teachers in the middle school attached to China Normal University. After attending the class, I was refreshed and deeply realized that my traditional and backward way of attending the class could not keep up with the trend of the times. These teachers' classes are often ecological, real and natural. The biggest highlight of each class is to give full play to students' main role. Students actively think, speak boldly and dare to ask questions in class. Their language expression ability and logical thinking ability amazed several colleagues in our class. Students are the main body, and teachers are only the correct guidance. Although this teaching concept has been advocated for a long time in the education field, I am afraid that not many schools have actually put it into action. The classroom attached to Huafu can form such a normal state, and it really deserves to be the "leader" of the education sector in Guangdong Province!

Then we watched the video of teacher Huang Dechu's classroom record. Mr. Huang really lives up to his reputation. In this class, Mr. Huang not only teaches students to taste poems, but also teaches students to write poems on the spot. In class, Mr. Huang's profundity, wisdom, calmness and speculation all moisten my heart. His advanced teaching concept and super classroom guidance ability made me feel the elegance of a famous teacher! After watching the classroom video, Mr. Huang gave us a wonderful lecture, some of which were deeply imprinted in my mind. For example, in class, teachers should change their roles from screenwriter and director to audience who are good at listening and appreciating students. The real highlight of a class is not the wonderful presentation of the teacher, but letting the students meet the most beautiful themselves! These words are very enlightening and will guide my future teaching!

During this period, Mr. Huang led us to visit famous experts in Chinese studies at Xin 'an Middle School in Shenzhen. Teacher Wu warmly received us and gave us a special lecture on Chinese teaching reform experiment. Mr. Wu started the experiment of Chinese teaching reform in senior high school from 20xx. For 10 years in a row, he rarely asked students to do exercises in textbooks and other teaching AIDS during his first and second years in high school. Later, I simply left my textbooks and taught high school Chinese independently. Although we don't do questions or read textbooks, students' Chinese literacy has been recognized more and more through the general college entrance examination and the district Chinese unified examination with textbooks as the main examination scope, and the teaching effect has been proved to be getting better and better. In view of the disadvantages of traditional Chinese classroom teaching in middle schools, such as limited reading, narrow reading, lack of depth and breadth of thinking, superficial and pale writing, Mr. Wu made bold reforms. In his class, students are completely immersed in a voluntary, free and enjoyable learning process full of thinking challenges and openness through online reading; What is even more surprising is that almost all students read independently, ask questions, think for themselves and express themselves freely. It's wonderful!

During this half month, we also had the privilege of listening to lectures by several university professors and predecessors. Their lectures were full of flowers and different styles. From Professor Chen Jianwei, I understand the importance of group cooperative learning; From Mr. Zou, the head of the former criminal record group of China Education University, I know that an excellent teacher should not only have the enthusiasm to devote himself to education, but also have the ability to use modern educational technology, make good use of various resources for educational research and theorize it. This really hit my soft spot. As a teacher, you should not just bury yourself in teaching and change your homework, but really extract what you find in your work, so that your knowledge can find a theoretical support and you can not only know it. Professor Chen Shaohua, our theoretical tutor, also took time out of his busy schedule to give serious guidance to our research. Then several of our colleagues came to Quren Middle School in Shaoguan City and had a heterogeneous classroom teaching practice with the teachers of the school. In class, I seriously absorb the advanced teaching experience of my colleagues and reflect on and improve my own shortcomings, which is a good exercise for my teaching.

Although the on-the-job training activities for backbone teachers have ended, I feel that the list on my shoulders is getting heavier and heavier when I look back at my lecture notes and essays. Xiangshan School in Zhuhai is located in Shanchang Village, Xiangzhou District, at the foot of Xishi Mountain, with a famous fragrance. In Xiangshan School, I saw the ideal state of education: the campus environment is beautiful, the cultural atmosphere is rich, the children are sunny and lovely, and the teachers are gentle. When we first arrived, we were full of joy and anxiety, but the leading teachers of Xiangshan School were warm, courteous and caring, which made us feel at ease to work and study in a strange campus. In the spirit of sharing, during my tenure, under my matchmaking, nearly 300 teachers in Jiangcheng District visited Xiangshan School successively, and all of them were inspired and rewarded to varying degrees.

Xiangshan School fully respects, trusts, relies on and develops teachers. Here, every teacher can be independent and find a stage to display their talents. And I also got many opportunities to learn, exercise and grow. I remember that on the first day of registration, just after lunch, President Zhang asked Mr. Cheng and I to visit the "Creative City" activity in Xiangzhou Experimental School with them. It turns out that this is the first stop of their "visiting characteristic schools" activity this semester. Afterwards, we also went to Zhuhai No.7 Middle School to visit community activities and learned about the characteristic English teaching in No.21 Primary School. These activities have opened our eyes and encouraged us.

At school, I humbly ask teachers, chat with all those who can learn and learn from them. I strive to be elegant, to be an excellent school administrator and an elegant teacher. In the past semester, I have actively participated in school affairs meetings, teachers' meetings, collective lesson preparation activities, reception activities, lecture training, class attendance and evaluation activities, and participated in teacher calligraphy training for nearly 100 times. The intensity is great, but it grows rapidly. What impressed me the most was that Lu Lu badminton, a sixth-grade teacher of the school, was going to take part in the expression class competition in Xiangzhou District. These real normal classes have neither too much decoration nor too much fancy. This kind of class is simple and natural, and it follows students' cognitive rules, which is very beneficial to the development of students' geographical thinking, ability and good personality. While lamenting Mr. Xiao's profound teaching skills, I also deeply feel that to be an excellent teacher and have a good class, we must study deeply, study more, observe more, use more brains and accumulate more.

Teacher Xiao not only gave us a demonstration class, but also carefully guided our classroom teaching practice. She listened carefully to every class we had. She gave us a detailed analysis of what we did well in this class, what we can do with it, and what we should pay attention to and improve. I still clearly remember going to Shatian Glory Middle School and Mr. Xiao's comments on the teacher's lesson "Temperature and Temperature Distribution", which can be described as excellent. For the research of the subject, many of our students have no practical experience, only some perceptual knowledge and little experience. Teacher Xiao's lecture made me realize the importance of project research for teachers' professional development.
