Article 6 Training certificates include the following training certificates:
(a) the basic safety training certificate;
(2) Mastering the training certificate of survival craft and rescue boat;
(3) Training certificate for skilled fast rescue boats;
(four) advanced fire training certificate;
(five) master the first aid training certificate;
(6) medical training certificate on board;
(seven) safety awareness training certificate;
(8) Training certificate for seafarers with designated security responsibilities;
(nine) ship security officer training certificate;
(10) basic training certificate for cargo operation of oil tankers and chemical tankers;
(eleven) advanced training certificate for oil tanker cargo operation;
(12) advanced training certificate for cargo handling of chemical tankers;
(13) basic training certificate for cargo operation of liquefied gas carriers;
(fourteen) the certificate of advanced training on cargo operation of liquefied gas carriers;
(fifteen) special training certificate for passenger ship crew;
(sixteen) special training certificate for large-scale ship handling;
(seventeen) special training certificate for high-speed ship crew;
(eighteen) the certificate of special training for the crew of the ship carrying solid dangerous and harmful substances in bulk;
(nineteen) the certificate of special training for seafarers who load and package dangerous and harmful substances;
(twenty) other training certificates stipulated in the relevant international conventions concluded or participated by China.
Article 7 Seamen shall hold the following training certificates:
(1) All crew members shall hold basic safety training certificates;
(2) The captain, senior crew members (except GMDSS restricted operators), seamen on duty, mechanics on duty, senior seamen, mechanics on duty and electronic technicians who are employed on ships with a gross tonnage of 500 tons or more than 750 kilowatts shall hold training certificates for the operation of survival craft and rescue boats;
The captains, officers, sailors on duty and mechanics on duty who work on oil tankers, chemical tankers, liquefied gas tankers, passenger ships and high-speed ships with a gross tonnage of less than 500 tons or less than 750 kilowatts shall hold training certificates for mastering survival craft and rescue boats;
(3) The captain, driver, chief engineer, engineer and other crew members designated to operate the fast rescue boat shall hold the training certificate for mastering the fast rescue boat;
(four) the captain, driver, chief engineer, engineer, electronic and electrical personnel and other crew members who are engaged in fire fighting work on ships with a gross tonnage of 500 tons or more than 750 kilowatts shall hold advanced fire fighting training certificates;
The captains, drivers, chief engineers and engineers working on oil tankers, chemical tankers, liquefied gas tankers, passenger ships and high-speed ships with a gross tonnage of less than 500 tons or less than 750 kilowatts shall hold advanced fire protection training certificates;
(5) The captain, senior crew members (except GMDSS restricted operators) serving on ships with a gross tonnage of 500 tons or over 750 kilowatts and other crew members designated to provide first aid on board shall hold proficiency certificates for first aid training;
Captain and senior crew members who work on oil tankers, chemical tankers, liquefied gas tankers, passenger ships and high-speed ships with a gross tonnage of less than 500 tons or less than 750 kilowatts shall hold certificates of competency for first aid training;
(6) The captain, chief officer and other crew members designated to be responsible for medical treatment on ships with a gross tonnage of more than 500 tons shall also hold the medical training certificate on board;
(seven) all crew members should hold a certificate of safety awareness training;
(8) The captain, officers, sailors on duty, mechanics on duty, senior sailors on duty, mechanics on duty, electronic technicians and other crew members with designated security duties shall hold training certificates for crew members with designated security duties;
(nine) the crew members who serve as ship security officers on the ship shall hold the training certificate of ship security officers;
(10) All crew members working on oil tankers and chemical tankers shall hold basic training certificates for cargo operation of oil tankers and chemical tankers;
(11) The captain, driver, chief engineer, engineer, sailor on duty, mechanic on duty, senior sailor on duty, mechanic on duty and other crew members who are directly responsible for tanker cargo operations shall hold advanced training certificates for tanker cargo operations;
(12) The captain, driver, chief engineer, engineer, sailor on duty, mechanic on duty, senior sailor on duty, mechanic on duty and other crew members who are directly responsible for cargo operations of chemical tankers shall hold advanced training certificates for cargo operations of chemical tankers;
(thirteen) all the crew members serving on the liquefied gas carrier shall hold the certificate of basic training for cargo operation of the liquefied gas carrier;
(14) The captain, driver, chief engineer, engineer, sailor on duty, mechanic on duty, senior sailor on duty, mechanic on duty and other crew members who are directly responsible for cargo-related operations of liquefied gas carriers shall hold advanced training certificates for cargo operations of liquefied gas carriers;
(fifteen) all the crew members serving on passenger ships shall hold special training certificates for passenger ships;
(sixteen) the captain and the first mate who are employed on large ships of China nationality shall hold the special training certificate for large ship handling;
(seventeen) the captain, driver, chief engineer and engineer working on a high-speed ship shall hold a special training certificate for the crew of a high-speed ship;
(18) The captains, officers and crew members engaged in cargo operations on ships carrying solid hazardous and harmful substances in bulk may hold special training certificates for crew members carrying solid hazardous and harmful substances in bulk;
(nineteen) the captain, officers and crew engaged in cargo operations on ships carrying and packaging dangerous and harmful substances may hold the "Special Training Certificate for Ship Crew Loading and Packaging Dangerous and Hazardous Substances".
If it is otherwise stipulated in relevant international conventions or domestic laws and regulations, the corresponding training certificate shall be held as required.
Article 8 The basic contents of the training certificate include:
(a) the training certificate number;
(2) The name, gender, date of birth, nationality, signature and photo of the holder;
(3) Applicable provisions of relevant international conventions;
(four) the name of the project corresponding to the training certificate;
(5) Date of issuance, start date and end date of validity;
(six) the name of the issuing authority and the signature of the issuing officer;
(seven) other contents that need to be specified.
The training certificate specified in Items (1), (2), (3), (4), (11), (12), (14), (15) and (17) of Article 6 of these Measures shall be valid for no more than 5 years. The expiration date of the training certificate issued by the maritime administrative agency shall not exceed the holder's 65 years of age.
