What are the requirements of Putonghua testers?
Putonghua testers mainly have two levels: provincial testers and national testers. First of all, they must obtain provincial testers before they can participate in the training of national testers. National testers need to go through the training and examination of the Putonghua Training and Testing Center of the State Language Committee and obtain the tester certificate issued by the National Putonghua Proficiency Testing Committee. Provincial testers need to be trained and assessed by the provincial Putonghua Training and Testing Center, and after being audited and put on record by the Putonghua Training and Testing Center of the State Language Commission, provincial testers' certificates will be issued by the Putonghua Proficiency Testing Committees of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.
