How long will it take for industrial robots to learn?
Many people who are interested in industrial robot training will be concerned about this question: How long will it take for industrial robot training to start? After all, training doesn't happen overnight, and it takes time to plan to make time. On this issue, some people say it only takes ten days, while others say it will take at least six months to a year. So how long will industrial robot training be reliable? Time is short, I'm afraid I can't learn, time is long, I'm afraid I'll waste money and energy.

There are some crash courses in industrial robot training on the market. It takes ten days to a month to declare that you can be trained as an industrial robot R&D engineer. Actually, this is not very reliable. From an industry white to an R&D engineer, you can imagine what you have to learn during this period. Unless you are training 24 hours a day, it is difficult to teach all the knowledge points. As for practical training, don't expect too much. So I think, since I plan to learn industrial robots, I don't want to be too eager for quick success and quick success, and I want to be cheap, so I have to study and train full-time. Why not learn proficiency at one time, or we will have to pay time and money after recycling.

It is said that the crash course of industrial robot training is not reliable, so are those who have been trained for one and a half years reliable? Not exactly. Some organizations will say that industrial robot is a relatively advanced technology, and it will take at least half a year to fully understand it. In fact, many of them ask you to teach. After learning a few classes, you can go to the training base and grope for a few classes in front of the machine, or a knowledge point can tell you a few classes. We train industrial robots in order to learn as soon as possible and earn money to support our families as soon as possible. What we need is efficient and high-quality training. I didn't talk much in a year or so, but I talked a lot. During this time, you have no financial resources and your own living expenses, and the economic pressure is not small.

So how long does it take to learn industrial robots? Let's analyze it carefully according to the actual course planning of our Xiling Industrial Robot Training Center.

First of all, let's see what knowledge we need to master from a beginner to an industrial robot R&D engineer. I * * * is divided into four parts: electrical equipment teaching, robot teaching, production equipment teaching and project design teaching, and I * * * has 480 class hours.

Electrical equipment course 160 class hours, about 20 days. Mainly understand the basic knowledge of electrical equipment, common faults and troubleshooting methods of PLC, HMI, servo driver and inverter of common brands (such as Siemens and Mitsubishi), communication configuration between HMI and PLC, and finally master PLC programming and control various external devices through PLC.

Robot teaching involves the learning of robot ontology, which takes about 76 class hours, that is, about 8 days. The knowledge you need to master includes the working principle of industrial robots, the application of some specific instructions, the use of robots to simulate assembly line functions, advanced palletizing programming and so on. After learning this module, you must master how to control the operation of the robot and other program operations through PLC. Therefore, the eight-day course time is neither too much nor too little.

The teaching of production equipment, the knowledge of workstations starts from here, including workstations such as glaze spraying, polishing and welding, reproducing the actual working scene for practical operation, and some drawing and drawing learning. This module needs 144 class hours and about 18 training days.

Finally, the robot scheme design module, the comprehensive application scheme design of PLC and robot. How to develop and design an automatic production line and achieve the best efficiency, it takes a certain time to learn this module well, about 100 class hours, about 13 days.

So it takes about two months. Why two months? This is the experience of Xiling Industrial Robot Training Center, which can not only maximize the use of time, but also enable students to better digest the whole set of knowledge. If students can devote themselves to their studies and follow the teacher's teaching steps, then two months of training will be almost the same.
