Chen, male, Han nationality, born in September, 1953, a native of Putian, Fujian province, joined the Chinese production party in February, 10, and graduated from the Department of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of Tsinghua University with a major in catalytic dynamics. He is currently the president (dean) of the Central Party School (National School of Administration).

China Yan 'an Cadre College, approved by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, is a national cadre training institution that provides theoretical education and party spirit education for party and government cadres, enterprise managers, professional and technical personnel and military cadres.

The college is directly managed by the Central Organization Department, assisted by the Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee, and implements the leadership system of the school affairs committee. The director of the Central Organization Department concurrently serves as the dean of the College, and the deputy secretary of Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee concurrently serves as the first vice president of the College. The work of the school affairs Committee is presided over by the executive vice president.

Modeling and Implication of University Logo

The logo is based on the Chinese character "Zhong" in Mao style and the initials "Y" and "A" in Yan 'an Hanyu Pinyin, and the upper part is shaped as a red five-star with the symbolic significance of China Revolution, which includes both "China under the Red Star" (history) and "the rise of China on the red fertile soil" (modern).

The extension of the vertex angle of "Red Five Stars" abstractly represents the symbol of the revolutionary holy land-Yan 'an Baota shan. The bottom of the book is interpreted as an open book, which symbolizes the thick fertile soil, the continuous river and the strong wings, and marks the nature of the college cadre education base and the goal of cultivating China's future stars.

The whole composition is a variant of the word "loyalty", which vividly reveals the essential requirement of the college's loyalty to the party, the people and the party's cadres' education and the idea that the college should be rooted in red fertile soil. Logo released the name of "China Yan 'an Cadre College" from the overall structure.
