This year, I am honored to be a member of Zhenjiang Port, and started a new journey of my life with good hope and a mentality of starting from scratch.

In order to let us better understand the company and adapt to the work, the company specially conducted a two-day pre-job training for new employees from September 17. The content of this training is very rich, mainly including the company's historical evolution, the introduction of the company's organization and corporate culture, the speeches of the company's leaders, the teaching of relevant professional knowledge and their own experience by the heads of various departments, and the systematic study of safety and management systems. After two days of training, I learned about the basic operation process of our company, as well as its development history, corporate culture, current situation and some professional knowledge that I have never been exposed to before. Through this training, I have gained a lot and gained a profound understanding.

At the opening ceremony, Huang Liping, Chairman of the Group, put forward the following three requirements for us:

First, devote yourself to the game, learn to be a man and learn to do things;

Our first lesson is to understand the company's historical evolution, company organization and corporate culture. Secretary Zhang introduced it in detail, as if he had led us through the storms of these years, witnessed the evolution of the enterprise and understood the hardships. This makes us cherish today's hard-won. Every generation has its own mission, and every generation has its own dreams. As young port employees in the new era, they should make new achievements and make new contributions to create the brilliance of Zhenjiang Port.

Basic understanding of the company's main business.

In the class, the teacher introduced the basic situation of the group from the aspects of equity structure, port status, organization, asset structure and industry status. This paper analyzes the development trend of the group in recent years, points out the main problems, and defines the main work direction and key work in the next three years.

03 studied the company's safety management and management system knowledge.

In the past two days, we have systematically studied the knowledge of safety and company management system. Before joining the job, we all have to carry out pre-job three-level safety training and examination. Although you have mastered some basic safety knowledge, you should also raise your awareness of safety precautions, learn to identify unsafe points in the working environment, and abide by safety operation procedures. Finally, a habit of "safe production" is formed, which is integrated into every moment of daily work. In the reform of industrial workers, compliance management, team building and other aspects, the group's system management level has been significantly improved.

04 learned personnel knowledge.

In terms of personnel, Minister Lu mainly introduced us to the treatment, holidays and titles of new employees. I think this should also be a topic of great concern to us. Director Li made a detailed introduction, and also made a systematic explanation of performance management and tabular management of post performance.

Requirements put forward by leaders in training.

I learned a lot in this training, but what impressed me most was that every leader basically mentioned one requirement, that is, learning! We can't relax for a moment. We should not only learn the knowledge of this major, but also know the knowledge of other majors, which will help us improve our work efficiency and quality. In addition, I hope to enter the working state as soon as possible, make a good ideological change, and become a port person from an outsider. I think I have done a good job in this respect. After all, after nearly half a year's internship, I feel that I am slowly getting on the right track now. Finally, I hope everyone can work hard, develop good working and living habits, accumulate capital for themselves and create benefits for the company.

Through this training, we will devote ourselves to our work with a brand-new attitude, constantly improve ourselves, exercise ourselves in practice, improve our comprehensive quality, integrate what we have learned in the training into our work, make due contributions step by step in our posts, and strive to be a qualified port person in the new era.
