Chat groups are divided into internal groups, employee/department groups and ordinary groups, and the rules for creating them are different:

Create Internal Group/Normal Group

Mobile phone nail: upper right corner+-initiate group chat

Computer nailing: start group chat in the upper right corner

Tips:

If employees of the same enterprise are selected when creating a group, the internal group will be displayed by default, or the group type can be manually switched to complete the creation; If the group members choose people from different enterprises, the default is ordinary group.

Create employee groups and department groups

1. A team/enterprise can only be created after it is created, and it needs to be created by an administrator or a sub-administrator with address book permission. Ordinary members cannot create employee groups and department groups.

2. Full staff: mobile phone nailing-address book-management-group chat settings-full staff-creation/administrator login background-address book-selection of company name-settings-creation of full staff;

3. Department group: mobile phone nail-address book-management-enterprise address book-employee/department management-click department-department setting-click department group not created/administrator login background-address book-select department-edit-create group;
