At the invitation of Party A, Party B's management personnel, as off-campus experts and part-time teachers of related majors, make suggestions for Party A's professional construction and curriculum construction, and arrange front-line employees in related positions to substantially undertake Party A's teaching tasks.

2. Party B can accept Party A's professional teachers to go deep into Party B's enterprise to participate in on-the-job practice.

3. During the internship of Party A's students, Party B will manage the internship students according to the existing rules and regulations of the company, and grant internship subsidies to the students according to the principle of equal pay for equal work.

4. During the internship, Party B shall be responsible for providing students with a safe working and living environment, arranging interns to engage in the same or related jobs with their majors, and shall not arrange interns to engage in jobs and posts unrelated to the students' majors, dangerous and heavy jobs or other posts explicitly prohibited by the Ministry of Education. According to the actual situation, provide practical teachers and students with opportunities to learn professional knowledge and engage in professional practice activities, and appoint professional and technical personnel to guide them.

5. Party B shall arrange special vehicles, organize Party A to pick up teachers and students, and ensure personal safety on the way.

This agreement is valid for years, that is, from year to year.

1. If the agreement cannot be performed due to force majeure, this agreement will be automatically terminated.

2. Both parties shall resolve other situations arising from the performance of this Agreement on the principle of friendly negotiation.
