Provisions on the qualification requirements of education and training institutions:

1. If an application is made for the formal establishment of a private school, the examination and approval authority shall make a written decision on whether to approve it within three months from the date of acceptance and serve it on the applicant.

2. Where an application is made for the formal establishment of a private higher education institution, the examination and approval authority may also make a written decision on whether to approve it within six months from the date of acceptance and serve it on the applicant.

3. If a private school obtains a school license and is registered in accordance with relevant laws and administrative regulations, the registration authority shall handle it in a timely manner in accordance with relevant regulations.
