Since I became a class teacher, I have been very serious and responsible for class management, and I dare not slack off. In class management, students' learning, discipline, hygiene, etiquette and other aspects are planned, from class to class, from eating to sleeping, from personal hygiene to duty hygiene, from classmates to words and deeds, to help students form habits and form good moral character bit by bit. On this basis, self-management was implemented, and the class management mode was upgraded from the initial "account book integral system" to "growth and progress card", which was popularized throughout the school. In the past two years, the quality of the students in the class has completely changed, from selfish and narrow-minded in the past to friendly and mutual assistance, from lazy and sloppy in the past to hard work. Moreover, parents' blind love for money has also caused many problems to their children, such as spending money recklessly, being lazy, selfish and narrow-minded. Parents never pay attention to these quality problems that will really affect their children's life.
In order to save children, let them form a correct outlook on life and develop good living habits, in addition to the measures formulated by the school in various aspects, we should also communicate with parents to help parents form a correct concept of family education and make them realize the importance of family education, so as to realize home-school education and lay a solid foundation for children's growth.
Therefore, at the parent-teacher conference at the beginning and end of each semester, I will infiltrate the concept of family education with my parents, let them know what kind of family environment is really conducive to their children's growth, and help them analyze the problems existing in their children and their serious impact on their future lives.
