My name is Guo Lijing. I am a Chinese teacher and head teacher of Wang Ying Primary School in Weicheng Town. /kloc-born in 0/980,/kloc-graduated from normal school in 0/999, and has been working in my hometown since graduation until today. Twenty years of work experience has made me more and more passionate about education and have a deeper understanding of education. I used to think that as long as students are taught to study, getting good grades is a teacher's best grade. However, with the development of society and the arrival of the information age, the children I contact have changed more and more, so that my understanding of education is constantly updated. For children born after 2000, their ideological understanding has changed greatly compared with previous children. Coupled with family planning, the number of children has decreased, children's status in the family has become higher and higher, farmers have gone out to work, family income has increased relatively, and love for children has largely become doting. In this way, the children in the village have more information and more flexible thinking, but their habits in all aspects are quite poor, especially their psychological endurance. Self-centered superiority has developed in the family, even unwilling to undertake the work on duty. Usually rude words and deeds, uncivilized words, fights between classmates sprint the whole campus, there is no right or wrong, and self-discipline in all aspects is poor.

Faced with these problems, I constantly reflect on myself. What kind of education should children be given now? Only by attaching importance to academic performance can we not lead the healthy growth of children throughout childhood. We must pay attention to all aspects of children's psychology and life, help them to establish correct ideological values, correct their bad habits at home, guide them from study, discipline, hygiene, etiquette and other aspects, and make reasonable plans, so as to cultivate truly outstanding teenagers. I started from the work of the head teacher, constantly looking for methods, and after practicing the results, I helped other classes in the school to manage, which greatly changed the mental outlook of the teachers and students in the school.

First, pay attention to conduct and make class management the beginning of children's good habits.

Since I became a class teacher, I have been very serious and responsible for class management, and I dare not slack off. Not only care about the study of every student in the class, but also care about their mental health and all aspects of school life. In class management, students' learning, discipline, hygiene, etiquette and other aspects are planned, from class to class, from eating to sleeping, from personal hygiene to duty hygiene, from classmates to words and deeds, to help students form habits and form good moral character bit by bit. On this basis, self-management was implemented, and the class management mode was upgraded from the initial "account book integral system" to "growth and progress card", which was popularized throughout the school. In the past two years, the quality of the students in the class has completely changed, from selfish and narrow-minded in the past to friendly and mutual assistance, from lazy and sloppy in the past to hard work. The class is full of honesty, kindness and appreciation, and the children have gradually developed good habits of neatness, civilization and order.

In order to strengthen students' self-management ability, students are required to talk about the problems they find at the weekly class meeting, and guide them to find ways and solve problems themselves. Nowadays, many children can find problems, analyze the reasons themselves, know right and wrong, and bear the consequences. There are also some students who have grown up quickly and have been able to come up with effective methods and start implementing them in their own groups, and have received good results. The formation of children's self-management ability will benefit them for life.

As a class teacher, I usually record the problems found by the children in time and report all aspects of the school at the weekly class meeting. I will reflect students' problems to the school in time, help coordinate the relationship between the school and students, try my best to meet students' reasonable needs, let students feel their sense of ownership, and make the school's living environment and learning atmosphere more in line with children's physical and mental characteristics and more comfortable and happy.

Second, equal cooperation makes learning easier and more enjoyable.

Good habits can help children grow up better and faster, but school life, especially within the system, is still the longest and accounts for the largest proportion. If students are not interested in learning, the good feelings brought by students' school life will be greatly reduced. Based on my own classroom practice, how to make every child participate in learning and get a sense of happiness in learning is an exploration that I have been trying and practicing since I joined the work.

The biggest feature of the classrooms in the village is that the children in the class have different degrees. Especially in recent years, under the social trend of going to cities and going to private schools, there are very few outstanding students in the village, but there are more and more students with learning difficulties. Of the 20 children I have taken over at present, 4-5 are good, 4-5 are medium, and the rest are students with learning difficulties. Faced with this situation, if all children are required by a unified standard, then more than half of them will fail to reach it, and they will become bystanders in learning and gradually lose their interest and confidence in learning. Through research and attempt, the teaching methods are constantly improved. Based on the principle of paying attention to the learning progress of each child in the class, the method of combining "group cooperation" with "layered teaching" is explored. According to the principle of "memory pyramid", students are divided into homogeneous group and heterogeneous group according to their situation. Each group is composed of top students and students with medium learning difficulties, forming an integration of top students helping middle students and middle students helping students with learning difficulties. Design different learning tasks to reduce the learning resistance of middle school students and students with learning difficulties, so that each group can gain a sense of learning achievement more easily, and then compete among groups to form a positive and competitive learning atmosphere in which everyone is willing to participate. Every class, every child can participate in learning, feel the fruits of their progress, and the classroom is full of endless vitality.

Last summer vacation, I participated in a workshop on the teaching method of Xuesida in Taiwan Province Province organized by the non-profit organization 2 1 Century Research Institute, and gained a deeper understanding of classroom teaching. After I came back, I improved the classroom teaching measures in an all-round way and kept practicing according to this teaching method. This teaching method is becoming more and more proficient in my own classroom. Through continuous exploration, trial, communication and practice, children's enthusiasm for learning is even higher in today's classroom. By helping others, the skills of top students are more solid, while the academic progress of students with learning difficulties is remarkable. Every child feels the value of his existence, his self-confidence is constantly enhanced, and the quality of hard work is gradually developed.

Third, home-school communication helps parents understand the importance of moral cultivation.

Compared with the past, parents now pay more attention to their children's education, but they all pay attention to grades and ignore quality. As long as the child can get high marks, no matter what method is used. However, children have become the victims of their parents' eagerness for success. In this era, the influence of our own electronic products greatly exceeds our interest in other things. Boring study, especially the lack of a correct understanding of our future, is forced by parents to make children hate learning and the phenomenon of being tired of learning and playing truant has increased dramatically. Moreover, parents' blind love for money has also caused many problems to their children, such as spending money recklessly, being lazy, selfish and narrow-minded. Parents never pay attention to these quality problems that will really affect their children's life.

In order to save children, let them form a correct outlook on life and develop good living habits, in addition to the measures formulated by the school in various aspects, we should also communicate with parents to help parents form a correct concept of family education and make them realize the importance of family education, so as to realize home-school education and lay a solid foundation for children's growth.

Therefore, at the parent-teacher conference at the beginning and end of each semester, I will infiltrate the concept of family education with my parents, let them know what kind of family environment is really conducive to their children's growth, and help them analyze the problems existing in their children and their serious impact on their future lives. For example, once a child has formed a serious self-centered psychology and doesn't know how to respect others, even parents at home, how can the child respect the teacher and study hard when he comes to school? In the long run, if a child marries a daughter-in-law, I am afraid that even life will become a problem. At the beginning of each semester, I will introduce the management measures taken in this semester to parents in detail, so that parents can understand how teachers operate and how parents cooperate, and let parents know the reasons and purposes of taking such measures. At the end of the semester, parents will report their children's performance this semester, the overall progress made, and the existing problems, and give specific methods to correctly guide their children at home during the holidays. For children with special circumstances, communicate face to face with parents in time to understand their family factors, and then analyze the causes of their problems in detail with parents to help parents formulate reasonable family education methods so that parents can really understand what to do and why to do it.

Fourth, exchange and share to help more teachers and children get happiness.

Sharing is a virtue. When these experiences make me gain more and more educational happiness, I can't wait to share them with more people. In addition to promoting class management methods in the whole school, it also helps the school to set up a student union organization, conduct training and guidance in person, lead the student union to observe and record the class hygiene, campus hygiene, dormitory hygiene, restaurant etiquette and exercise discipline during recess, announce the points of each class every day, select "civilized classes" and "civilized dormitories" every week, report and summarize the work of the student union every week, and solve problems in time. Accurately evaluate the work performance of each student union member, cultivate a group of fair, just and conscientious student union cadres, set an example for the whole school, improve the discipline and hygiene level of the whole school, and make the school look brand-new. The student union organization was upgraded from the original version of 1.0 to the current version of 3.0. At first, it was composed of class leaders and cadres, and gradually evolved into underachievers in each class. Now, it is not only composed of underachievers, but also a student union assistant. Without continuous learning and guidance, a once excellent teacher may find it difficult to get rid of this dilemma and become a "drag bottle" to muddle along. The nobility of moral character lies not in preaching blindly, but in the improvement of one's real self-restraint. Fortunately, I am naturally eager to learn, and I have been constantly looking for ways and resources to learn. Reading, online and offline training and learning, field observation and visits, and exchanges in various forums and annual meetings have broadened my horizons and exposed me to more and more outstanding educators. Now, I have awakened the endogenous motivation of more colleagues around me. Last summer, during the training of Xuesida teaching method, the self-organization of primary school teachers in Xuesida village was established to build a communication platform for primary school teachers across the country. Although it only took more than half a year, more than 200 primary school teachers and principals have joined, and they have received the attention and support from Taiwan Province Xuesida founder Zhang Huicheng, 2 1 Century Education Research Institute, Onion Mathematics, Western Sunshine and other groups and non-profit organizations. Help rural primary school teachers in more than ten provinces such as Hebei, Henan, Shanxi, Gansu, Sichuan, Hubei, Hunan, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Guizhou, Guangdong, Guangxi to communicate and promote each other, and conduct weekly centralized exchange and sharing courses online this semester. In the future, I want to set up a classroom teaching tutor team and a handout writing team according to the current situation of rural primary school education, so as to really promote the teaching reform of rural primary schools and help more rural primary schools to rejuvenate.

Education is a heavy topic, shouldering the sacred mission of helping a person to establish the direction of life and realize the value of life. As a teacher, the mission of education can no longer be carried by past preaching and bewitch.
