In the process of material transfer in the dyeing process, dyes will drop on the workshop floor. When the equipment is started or stopped, the dyeing equipment must be cleaned. The output of wastewater is about 1.300 tons/year, and the main pollutant COD concentration in wastewater is 300 mg/L, so the wastewater pollutant generated by ground washing is 0.39 tons/year. Boiler waste gas is recycled by using granite alkaline water film for desulfurization and dust removal, which does not increase the amount of waste water and consumes 5000 tons/year.
