Basketball training does not belong to high-risk sports, so it is not necessary to apply for the business license of high-risk sports from the sports department. It is enough to obtain a business license normally, including the business scope.

According to Article 29 of the Measures for the Administration of Sports Facilities in Shanghai, the obligations of the operators of sports facilities are:

(a) the use of sports facilities that meet national standards, regular inspection of facilities and timely repair and maintenance;

(two) indicate the name, purpose and method of use of sports facilities in a prominent position, and make clear warning instructions for facilities that may endanger personal safety;

(three) equipped with necessary professional guidance personnel, to provide consumers with fitness training, facilities use and other aspects of guidance services;

(four) other obligations stipulated by laws, regulations and rules.
