Our city held a ceremony to send 38 leading cadres from municipal units and towns (streets) to China Pudong Cadre College for training. Zhen Ruichao, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and Minister of Organization Department, attended the farewell ceremony and delivered a speech. In his speech, Zhen Ruichao encouraged everyone to seize the opportunity, study hard and constantly improve their knowledge.

Our city held the first full-time training course for leading cadres of China Pudong Cadre College from April 9th to13rd. The training course will focus on "accelerating the transformation of knowledge structure and promoting the' triple' construction", focusing on the advanced practices and experiences in innovative social management, industrial transformation and upgrading, and talent gathering in the Yangtze River Delta region represented by Shanghai. During the five days, leading cadres will mainly study the macroeconomic situation and development trend of China, how to further implement the talent development plan, the construction of harmonious communities, the development of local industries under economic globalization, the innovation of urban governance and the construction of smart cities.
