After graduating from college, everything I had made me feel nostalgic and sad. With a heavy heart, I set foot on the train going south. It was quiet and painful all the way, and the future never appeared in my heart.

My train is on time. When I arrived at Shenzhen Station, I was sad, hungry and almost desperate. Just as I was facing the dazzling sun with a blank face, I saw a group of young teams wearing the same clothes coming. They lined up in two neat lines and stopped when they reached the hall outside the exit. At the heads of the two columns, there is a sign that says "BYD". I was surprised, not because the pretty girls among them were beautiful, but because their whole team looked young and energetic. Under their leadership, I got on the bus smoothly and arrived at Pingshan and strange BYD very comfortably.

This is a big place with clean roads and clean lawns. Green is like a belt, extending all the way along the dormitory building. There are many factories, one after another, with great momentum. Looking around, the sky is like a screen without boundaries, and the clouds are like pets on the screen, beating with the wind, so lovely and moving.

Here we had a four-day enterprise training and exchange. We all come from all corners of the country and get together from all corners of the country. We express our opinions, talk about the world, talk about the past and the present, and enjoy ourselves. We help each other, care for each other and unite as one. At the meeting place, we sat upright in our seats and received serious training.

Teacher Liu Xueguang gave us a lecture about people from campus to enterprises. I am very touched and benefited a lot. Although Mr. Liu is 58 years old this year, he is still in his prime.

Just like young people in their twenties, they are very passionate. Every time he talked about his hard past, his voice choked and his eyes were filled with tears. We listened quietly, everyone held their breath, no one made any small moves, and some tears flowed quietly. Mr. Liu had a rough life, but now he lives happily and wonderfully. His deeds moved me very much and will always inspire me to keep forging ahead in my future work and life.

Later, President Wang Zong and several vice presidents of the company also had close communication with us. They are all modest, approachable and amiable. What impressed me most is that they are all young. Although Mr. Wang is not very tall, he is high-minded, knowledgeable and knowledgeable. He told us that we China people are not worse than foreigners, on the contrary, we are smarter than them. We practice elite education. After the selection of the senior high school entrance examination and the college entrance examination, I was admitted on the basis of merit and finally entered the university. BYD recruits outstanding college students, so we have good human resources, and you will be the main force of BYD in the future. In addition, Mr. Wang also said that China's products are very cheap, but the quality can't keep up. The reason is the seriousness of the matter. Why do Japanese people make their quality recognized by people all over the world? We went to see their factory. Many of their equipment is from the 1980s and 1990s, which is not as good as ours, but their employees are conscientious. It seems a bit silly for us to stay in one place all day, but it is their earnest attitude that makes their products do so well. This makes me a little emotional. We in China are very clever, but we lack the perseverance to persist and always look for shortcuts. This is our shortcoming.

During the training, the lecturers also told us about the basic knowledge of intellectual property rights, business etiquette, trade secret protection and non-competition, professional quality training, BYD qualification model,

BYD's daily code of conduct and personnel system, BYD's talent development, teamwork and communication, seriousness, 5S, corporate culture, IT application and management, execution, quality management and other courses. Through these courses, I found myself mature. Every time I do something, I always wonder in my mind whether it is the best or not, and whether it will cause harm to others; Before going out every time, always check whether your clothes are neat and whether your hair is combed; When chatting in public or online, I always think about whether this statement will harm the company's interests and reveal the company's business secrets before speaking.

Through this training, I found that BYD is not an ordinary small company. It has its own humanized management system, promising and passionate young management team, its own core technology, its own corporate culture and so on. Seeing this, I am no longer confused about BYD's rapid development in recent years. Mr. Wang's goal is "BYD auto industry will be the first in China by 20 15 and the first in the world by 2025". I think this will come true, and we are confident.

After this period of training, I am full of confidence in myself and the future. The sky is blue and the grass is green. Our tomorrow will be beautiful. I believe that through my continuous efforts, I will definitely contribute to the company and realize my dream.
