I am XXX, a new employee from Henan Branch. At such a special and unforgettable moment, I am honored to share my training experience with leaders and colleagues.

The week-long induction training for new employees has ended. During this period, I deeply felt the company's meticulous care for our new employees. The training lecturers are all senior people with rich experience in XX Company, which fully embodies the company's emphasis on employee training and the company's "people-oriented" business philosophy. Although the training is over, the inspiration and thinking left for us has just begun.

There is a road in the mountain of books, but there is no limit to learning the sea. This kind of training brings me new ideas and knowledge in every class. In terms of professional skills, the communication concept from teacher Zhang; From Mr. Wu's drawing to Mr. Zhang's budgeting, we listened carefully to the teachings of our predecessors and actively participated in the interaction with teachers, which gave us a detailed understanding of the communication design industry and a profound understanding of our jobs.

In terms of professional quality training, I was most impressed by watching the teacher's successful teaching video and Professor Jin's etiquette teaching. Under the guidance of Director Li, I summarized it and made it more clear that a newcomer in the workplace should have the mentality, morality, quality and accomplishment. As a manager, I will set higher standards and requirements for myself in this respect.

The end of the training means the real beginning of the work. I will apply the knowledge and methods I have learned this time to my next work and study, and demand myself from the following aspects:

1, realize the role change as soon as possible, find the right personal position and integrate into the new environment.
