Kaifeng Vocational College of Culture and Art is an ordinary higher vocational college organized by Kaifeng Municipal People's Government, approved by Henan Provincial People's Government on March 25th, 20 10, and registered by the Ministry of Education. It is a higher vocational college with the enrollment qualification of ordinary colleges and universities.

At the beginning of 20 14, Kaifeng Institute of Education merged to form a new Kaifeng Vocational College of Culture and Art, which offers specialties such as animation design and production, media and planning, cloud computing technology and application, network security engineer, Android system development engineer, information-based human resource management, early education and so on. The college is located in Kaifeng, a famous historical and cultural city on the bank of the Yellow River, with convenient transportation, elegant environment and rich cultural atmosphere.
