Hospitals implement hierarchical management for nurses according to their working ability, technical level, working years, professional titles and academic qualifications. The classification of clinical nursing posts includes five grades: N0-N4.

The division of nurse grades is divided into five grades according to the length of service, humanistic time and comprehensive ability of nurses:

N-level nurses who have worked for 3 months in the first stage and 4 months to 12 months in the second stage and have not obtained the nurse's practice certificate;

N 1 grade 2-3 years;

N2 level 4-5 years;

N3 6-8 years old;

N4 grade 9- 10 years and above.

No.0 (Assistant Nurse)

1. Strictly implement various rules and regulations, strictly implement the system of shift change and inspection, and put an end to nursing adverse events.

2. Assist registered nurses to complete the life nursing and non-technical nursing operation of responsible patients.

N 1 grade (junior nurse)

1. Seriously implement various nursing systems and technical operation procedures; Strictly implement the check and handover system to prevent nursing adverse events.

2. Comprehensive evaluation of responsible patients, implementation of treatment and nursing; Assist in all kinds of diagnosis and treatment work and collection of test specimens; Make preoperative preparation, special examination and special treatment. 3. Implement the doctor's advice and various nursing technical operation procedures, and solve problems in time when found. 5. Actively participate in the development of new nursing technology and new business. Write at least 1 paper every year and attend various meetings.

6. Participate in the teaching and management of clinical nursing interns.

N3 level (backbone nurse)

1. Fully implement the duties and categories of N2 nurses.

2. Skillfully solve various intractable diseases in this major; Proficient in specialist treatment, nursing and special examination routine, as well as skilled use and maintenance of various instruments.

3. Preside over and teach ward nursing rounds and nursing consultations, and give specific suggestions and guidance on specialist nursing problems; Actively responsible for the training organized by departments and hospitals, and strengthen the training and assessment of junior nurses.

4. Responsible for nursing new technology and new business related matters. 5. Write at least 1 paper every year and attend various meetings.

6. Be able to undertake clinical teaching and specialist guidance, nursing consultation, hospital-wide nursing consultation, specialist guidance and nursing research.
