Is there a lean production training plan for Mr. Chen Peng?
From 20 17, 18 10/20/0, our company invited Chen Peng, a lean lecturer, to give employees training on lean production management and practice in the conference room on the fourth floor of the scientific research building. Supervisors and assistants attended the training.

Through this study, I have a certain understanding of lean production. Lean production is a production management mode that enables the production system to quickly adapt to the changing needs of users and streamline all useless and redundant things in the production process through changes in system structure, personnel organization, operation mode and market supply and demand, and finally achieves the best results in all aspects of production, including market supply and marketing.

The essence of lean production mode is management process, which mainly includes the following aspects: first, the optimization of personnel organization and management, and vigorously streamlining middle management; Second, carry out organizational flattening reform to reduce indirect production personnel; Third, realize the synchronization of production balance; Fourth, realize zero inventory and flexible production; Fifth, implement the quality assurance system of the whole production process (including the whole supply chain) to achieve zero defects; Sixth, reduce and reduce the waste of any link to achieve zero waste; Seventh, finally realize the pull-type just-in-time production mode. The difference between it and the traditional production mode lies in: (1) changing the quality control means; Eliminate (reduce) various buffers; Increased employees' sense of participation and responsibility; Train employees and communicate with them; Use automation only when necessary; Lean organizational structure.

Lean production mode is not only a production mode with the main goal of minimizing the resources occupied by enterprise production and reducing enterprise management and operation costs, but also an idea and a culture. The implementation of lean production is to pursue perfection, Excellence, Excellence and perfection, and make continuous efforts to achieve the ultimate goal of seven zeros. It is the spiritual strength that supports the life of individuals and enterprises, and it is also the realm of self-satisfaction in the endless learning process. At present, many enterprises in China are also implementing lean production, but the effect is not ideal. The reasons are nothing more than the following:

1, the views of managers have not changed in time or completely, and the management concept of pursuing perfection has not been formed. Many times he still retains the idea of muddling along and dealing with problems with the original management methods;

2. The idea of "quick success and instant benefit" is troublesome, and it is easy to give up when encountering difficulties. When each new management method is implemented, it takes some time to adapt. During this period, both managers and production workers will feel uncomfortable, prone to some problems, and even affect the production efficiency of enterprises. At this time, if executives can't make up their minds, it will make lean production difficult to implement;

3. The uncoordinated work of departments, mutual prevarication and lack of overall cooperation are common problems of many enterprises. Lean production is a whole-process management method, which requires teamwork and inter-departmental coordination in many cases, and it is difficult to achieve lean production only by one person and one department.

4. Unreasonable implementation methods, unable to find the correct starting point, lead to resentment and even rebellion of employees and managers, duplicity, failure to do things according to standards, and eventually lead to alienation or even resignation of personnel, thus affecting the promotion of lean production.

Therefore, in lean production, enterprises must do the following: first, high-level decision-making must be based on long-term ideas, even at the expense of short-term financial goals; Second, train employees who thoroughly understand the company's philosophy to become leaders, and enable them to teach other employees and cultivate outstanding talents and teams who believe in the company's philosophy; Third, promote all employees to constantly reflect and improve, so as to turn it into a learning organization.

Of course, the future is bright and the beginning is painful. The way to minimize the pain is to shorten the pain time, which requires enterprises to arrange full-time personnel to promote and create a good environment for them when implementing lean production. Finally, they insist on using the management mode of lean production to solve all the problems encountered, and everyone should establish the concept of lean production.

First of all, personnel need to be full-time. The production site will never be perfect, and there are always many places to improve. If one can promote lean production and continuous improvement full-time and pay more attention to these improvements, the promotion effect will be better.

Second, the environment needs full-time. The biosphere-like factory environment composed of equipment, personnel, management system and operation process will also have an impact on the promotion of lean production. This requires that every employee and post arranged by the enterprise must be value-added, the equipment works normally, the site layout is optimal, the site management is advanced and humanized, the production links are optimized, the waste and cost are minimized, and the production efficiency is improved, thus ensuring that the production environment is not wasted with the promotion of lean production.

Finally, creativity also needs professionalism. Lean production is not only a concept, but also a management concept. It is an autonomous system, and people, environment and thoughts are all systematic systems. Only by strengthening this concept can we ensure the normal operation of the whole system and give full play to its greatest advantages. The implementation of lean production needs training, practice, communication and learning. And all participants need to improve their theoretical level, participate in the improvement of lean production, learn from each other's strengths and establish a sense of saving.

It can be seen that lean production is not only a mode of production with the main goal of minimizing the resources occupied by enterprise production and reducing the management and operation costs of enterprises, but also an idea and a culture. Only when all its elements become "full-time" can it play its inherent role.
