The former Tangshan Huaxia Intelligent Qigong Training and Rehabilitation Center is located in Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Huaxia Intelligent Qigong Training Center (approved by the Hebei Provincial Education Commission), Hebei Huaxia Intelligent Qigong Research Institute (approved by the Hebei Provincial Science and Technology Commission) and Hebei Huaxia Intelligent Qigong Rehabilitation Center (approved by the Hebei Provincial Health Department). It is a mixed entity integrating teaching, rehabilitation and scientific research.
