What is the specific content of the work flow of safety personnel in chemical enterprises? Zhong Da Consulting will answer your questions below.

As a chemical safety manager, I think continuous learning is very important. Only by constantly learning and practicing new operational skills and new management concepts can we gradually improve ourselves. I wish every chemical worker a safe and smooth work!

Five-year growth course of safety officers in chemical enterprises

I remember when I was in college, although I was a science and engineering man, I still liked to read poems by Xi Murong and Haizi on weekends, and even imitated some limerick. Since I graduated and entered the chemical plant, that kind of comfortable life has become a luxury, facing the roaring machines and busy work.

Once you enter the chemical industry, it will be as deep as the sea, and safety is the focus from now on.

At the end of the summer vacation in 20 12, I left school to choose a job. Most of my classmates stayed in state-owned enterprises or large private enterprises in Ningxia. Because of my father's concern, I gave up my job in Ningxia and returned to my hometown in northern Shaanxi. After returning to my hometown in northern Shaanxi, I first found a newly started calcium carbide factory. To tell the truth, the environment of the factory is very poor, and most of the employees are migrant workers working nearby. The overall safety awareness is extremely poor, and gas poisoning is common.

I can bear hardships by myself. I have been on the scene from the initial start of the calcium carbide furnace to the final output of the product. When I was driving, the temperature in the furnace was nearly 60 degrees Celsius. I jumped into the furnace without any protective equipment, and my eyes were red and swollen with tears stimulated by spicy smoke for many days. Until half a month before resigning, due to the unstable furnace condition and poor safety awareness of employees, five relatively large spray materials (collapse materials) were caused in three days, and the flames soared. This extremely unsafe situation made me resolutely decide to resign.

Difficulty in initial start-up of synthetic ammonia

After leaving the calcium carbide plant, I was introduced to the present synthetic ammonia plant. First, it was sent to a 600,000-ton methanol plant for study and training. In the spring of 20 13, after the installation and construction of the company entered the final stage, the 19 college students we trained together returned to the company. The company's living facilities are poor, and two-thirds of the students have resigned. We insisted on staying, and now there are three left. During the original start-up, I followed the master every day, helped him to print the scheme and operating procedures of single-machine commissioning, joint commissioning, purging and pressure testing, and participated in the single-machine commissioning and joint commissioning of several main pump equipment in the purification area.

Later, I was transferred to a shift post, so I searched every pipeline on the spot with a process flow chart every day. Later, I took part in a series of original start-up activities, such as baking shift furnace, loading catalyst and heating vulcanization. It turns out that the driving process is rather hard, and I work at least 15 hours a day, so many small partners have left their jobs and only stuck to it.

Explosion vibration of operator's post

After the original driving, I was assigned to the post of low temperature conversion. As an operator, I must adjust and monitor the system through DCS, and go to the site for inspection from time to time. Because the system has just been put into trial production, there are frequent shutdowns and power outages, and once the gas supply device suddenly failed at night, which led to the explosion of the safety water seal in front of the gas holder. A loud noise frightened most employees and the system stopped urgently. However, the compressor stop button failed to stop normally, which scared the compressor operator to howl in the intercom. Finally, there is a load switch in the electrical workshop, which is extremely dangerous. Once the operation is wrong, it will cause casualties.

As a qualified operator, I think I should have at least "four understandings and three skills" and "six strictness", actively study and summarize every day, understand the process principle, operation steps and know how to deal with emergencies, and ask the master if you don't know how to do it.

Become a production dispatcher.

In the process of dealing with a fire accident, the leader affirmed that post adjustment is production scheduling.

One day in the spring of 20 14, due to the excessive opening of the valve when the operator discharged pollutants at four o'clock in the night shift, static electricity was generated in the conversion device area, which ignited waste oil pollution, and the trench connected all the device areas of the whole plant. When people found it, the ditches in the purification area and boiler area were on fire.

I didn't go to work. I went to the toilet around five o'clock in the morning and found a fire at the scene. I also rushed to the scene and found that the factory director, production minister and other leaders were on the scene. So I worked with everyone to find a way to spread a lot of thermal insulation cotton in the trench and then steam it. After more than three hours of emergency treatment, the open flame was extinguished. The handling of this accident made the factory leaders feel that I was responsible and decided to promote me to be the production dispatcher.

When I was a dispatcher, I felt that I was inexperienced and lacked understanding of other equipment, so I went to the scene to ask the old operators after work every day to understand the principle and operation steps of each equipment, then read the operation manual every day, and recorded the problems I encountered every day, and continued to ask other colleagues. After half a year, my own scheduling work was basically straightened out, so I organized regular meetings and held class meetings at least twice a month, mainly to summarize the problems existing in production last month and everyone's labor discipline, at the same time predict the possible difficulties and accidents in deployment next month, and at the same time simulate emergency treatment and efficient and fast driving under accident conditions.

Become a safety manager.

In the spring of 20 16, due to personnel changes in the company, I was transferred to the security office to take charge of safety management. Safety responsibility is more important than Mount Tai. Because the overall safety concept of the company's personnel is weak, they are constantly learning the knowledge and experience of safety management, and now they are promoting safety work in an orderly manner and doing their best to reduce personal injury accidents and corporate losses.
