Head nurses make training objectives and plans according to the requirements of new nurses' induction training plan and the characteristics of departments and specialties.
In the first year after graduation, nurses should strengthen clinical nursing practice, focus on clinical nursing work, arrange treatment work reasonably and master basic nursing knowledge and skills skillfully. Participate in various business studies organized by the nursing department and its departments. Finish more than 50 class hours every year.
Familiar with safety management and emergency handling procedures. Skilled in operating basic nursing techniques. Familiar with hospital infection knowledge. Theoretical examination, record all the results in the nurse's technical file respectively.
