Set up a special sampling point for nucleic acid detection of yellow code personnel and a designated hospital for treatment of yellow code personnel in Su Kang (see annex for details) to provide services for those who meet the conditions of yellow code to green code. If the citizens find that the yellow code is inaccurate, the community (village) will review the transcoding step by step. In order to prevent the epidemic from spilling over, passengers who leave Nantong by train, plane or bus must strictly check their body temperature, check their health codes and travel cards, and hold negative nucleic acid test certificates within 48 hours before entering the station. If the health code is yellow or the travel card is abnormal, the local epidemic prevention and control department will implement centralized isolation medical observation according to regulations.
