The sat test paper is printed by a confidential printing factory designated by the state. At present, there are six printing houses in the country that are allowed to print college entrance examination questions, among which Jiutai Education Printing House is one. Established in 1980, this factory is a secret printing base approved by the State Secrecy Bureau and designated by the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education. At present, it still undertakes the printing of large-scale national top secret examination papers such as senior high school entrance examination, senior high school entrance examination, self-study examination, computer grade and postgraduate entrance examination in three northeastern provinces, as well as the senior high school entrance examination groups in Changchun area and seven cities in Liaoning Province (Shenyang, Fushun, Tieling, Benxi, Fuxin, Anshan and Panjin).
