Family sensory integration training method:

1, interactive shooting; (3-4)

Training purposes: arm movement ability/hand-eye coordination ability, and enhance the ability to communicate with people.

Training requirements: Parents and children take turns shooting. After shooting, parents pick up the ball and throw it to their children.

2. Go up and down stairs at the elevation of 1; (3-4)

Training purpose: to improve children's balance ability.

Training requirements: children can climb the ladder and go up and down the stairs continuously.

Difficulty setting: a, adults stand in front of or behind the children, stretch out their thumbs with their arms or hands, and let the children grab and pull them up the stairs; B, adults lift their left arm or thumb, and the right arm or thumb is at the position of the child's right waist, so that the child can keep balance with help and force himself to go up and down the stairs; C. Adults extend their left arms or thumbs to help children go up and down stairs; D, let the child go up and down the stairs alone.

Give help: a. Raise your hands (or thumbs) to give help; B, one hand (thumb) is high and the other hand (thumb) is low to help; C. give help with one hand (thumb); D. cancel all aid.

3. Step over the rope with the height of 15cm in turn; (3-4)

Training purpose: body balance ability

Training requirements: the two ends of the rope are fixed on the post or chair respectively, and they are off the ground 10 cm, so that children can take turns to lift their feet across the rope.

Help: 1. Gestures tell children how to lift their legs across the rope, give physical assistance when necessary, and reach out and lift their legs across the rope; 2. If necessary, verbally remind the child to pay attention to the rope under his feet to avoid tripping; 3. It is recommended to use elastic round rubber rope.

4, the bracket can stand on one foot for 5 seconds; (3-4)

Training purpose: Balance ability.

Training requirements: Children can stand on one foot with a chair or stick held by their parents for about 5 seconds.

Difficulty setting and help: A, teach the child to hold the chair back with both hands, lift the child's legs for about 5 seconds, and then put them down. In this process, tell your child how to do it in simple language, such as: "Lift your legs!" "Put it down!" B, let the children try not to put their feet down within 5 seconds (you can remind them by counting); C. after the child has mastered the skills, change to a stick. Parents hold both ends of the stick with both hands, and the child just grabs the middle and repeats the above steps.

5. Walk on the ground line with a width of 10 cm and a length of 2 meters to keep your body balanced; (3-4)

Training purpose: control balance ability.

Training requirements: Stick a line 2m long10cm wide on the floor with non-adhesive to let the children walk on it.

Difficulty setting: a, only walk half the distance at first, and occasionally go out of bounds; B, ask the child to walk the whole course and try not to go out of bounds.

Help giving: 1, the trainer can stand in front of the child and hold the child's hand forward; 2. Remind children to pay attention to both the line under their feet and the road ahead; 3. The trainer guides the child to walk in front of the child, but does not give physical assistance; 3. Let the children try to walk alone.

6, can learn the frog to jump 20 cm distance 10 times; (3-4)

Training purpose: leg movement ability/center of gravity and balance.

Training requirements: Stick two balance lines on the floor with adhesive. Adults will show children how to jump frog several times, and then guide them to imitate.

Difficulty setting: a, the interval between line segments should be shorter at the beginning, so that children can easily reach the standard; B. If the child is unwilling to cooperate, the food reward method can be introduced, and the reward is placed on the line of the landing terminal, and the child will be rewarded if he jumps to the line; C, gradually increase the distance between line segments.

Help giving: 1, physical coordination; 2. If children encounter problems in each difficulty, they should give physical or oral guidance in time, repeat the demonstration, and pay attention to improving their interest in participation.

7. You can drill through the hula hoop alternately with your left and right legs; (3-4)

Training purposes: coordination ability and body balance ability of feet.

Training requirements: the trainer stands behind the child with a hula hoop and encourages the child to move his left and right legs back into the hula hoop alternately.

Difficulty setting: a, another adult helps the child to complete the action, and the hula hoop is low; B, gradually increase the height of the hula hoop; C, by the children to try to complete the action, only to help when necessary.

Help: 1, with sufficient physical assistance; 2. Necessary physical assistance; 3. occasional physical help.

8. You can scroll back and forth; (4-5)

Training purposes: maze reflex control, body control ability and coordination ability.

Training requirements: let the child roll from one end to the other on the mat or mattress.

Difficulty setting: a, let the children know how to control their body and the speed and intensity of turning from training in the physical assistance and oral prompt of the trainer; 2. Help only when necessary; 3. Ensure the safety of children and avoid bumping.
