First, the examination time, examination subjects and examination settings

(1) Examination time and subjects

(2) Examination setting

The first-class constructor qualification examination consists of four subjects: construction engineering economics (objective questions), construction engineering regulations and related knowledge (objective questions), construction engineering project management (objective questions) and professional engineering management and practice (subjective and objective mixed questions). Those who take four exams (with the level of unified examination) must pass all subjects in two consecutive exam years, and those who take two exams (with the level of exemption from examination) must pass the corresponding subjects in 1 exam year before obtaining the qualification certificate; Those who take the 1 subject examination (whose level is added to the major) can only register after obtaining the first-class construction engineer's qualification certificate, and can only obtain the achievement certificate after passing the examination subject, which will be used as the basis for increasing the professional category when registering.

According to the Notice of the former Ministry of Personnel and the former Ministry of Construction on Printing and Distributing the Interim Provisions on the Qualification System for Construction Engineers (No.F [2002]11), anyone who abides by national laws and regulations and meets one of the following conditions may apply to take the first-level qualification examination for construction engineers:

(a) to obtain a college degree in engineering or engineering economics, and have worked for 6 years, including 4 years in the construction management of construction projects.

(two) to obtain a bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering economics, and to work for 4 years, including 3 years in the construction management of construction projects.

(three) graduated from engineering or engineering economics with a double bachelor's degree or a postgraduate class, and worked for 3 years, including 2 years in the construction management of construction projects.

(four) to obtain a master's degree in engineering or engineering economics, and to work for 2 years, including 1 year in construction project management.

(five) to obtain a doctorate in engineering or engineering economics, and to engage in the construction management of construction projects for 1 year.

Those who meet the relevant registration conditions in the Interim Provisions on the Qualification System for Construction Engineers, and have obtained the Qualification Certificate for Project Managers of Construction Enterprises issued by the former Ministry of Construction before February 65438+3 1 2003, and meet one of the following conditions, can be exempted from taking the two subjects of construction engineering economics and construction engineering management, and only participate in the study of construction engineering regulations and related knowledge.

(a) employed as a senior professional and technical post in engineering or engineering economics.

Four. Registration procedure

Examination registration certification matters should be informed and promised. Registration, qualification verification, payment, electronic invoice printing and admission ticket printing are all handled through the network.

Applicants must carefully read the relevant provisions of the exam before registering, and carefully compare the application conditions; At the time of registration, you must promise that the information provided is true, accurate, complete and effective, and meet the registration conditions, and sign a letter of commitment for registration (electronic text) (no promises are allowed on your behalf), voluntarily assume the relevant responsibilities for false promises, and accept relevant disciplinary actions.

Those who provide false promises will be treated as invalid test scores in accordance with relevant regulations and recorded in the integrity files of professional and technical personnel qualification examinations.

(2) Online registration

1. Sign up at China Personnel Examination Network (www.cpta.com.cn).

2. Photo requirements: white background, jpg format, resolution of 295px*4 13px, size of 2.5cm*3.5cm, and size of about 10kb. The photos will be used for admission tickets, candidates' registration books, certificate making and certification. Please use it carefully when uploading.

3. Selection of registration points: Registration is managed by local branches. In order to reduce the pressure of epidemic prevention and control brought by the cross-regional mobility of applicants, applicants can only choose the registration point consistent with their current work and residence in principle. The central government in Rong and the units directly under the province must choose the registration points directly under the province.

4. Before filling in the registration form, you must verify the education (degree) information and identity information through the registration system, so as not to affect the registration. Applicants who are unable to check the information of academic qualifications (degrees) provided by China Higher Education Student Information Network (Xuexin.com) must upload the electronic scanned copy of the original certificate of academic qualifications (degrees). Applicants who have not checked and verified the information of academic qualifications (degrees) provided by China Higher Education Student Information Network (Xuexin.com) must upload the electronic scanned copy of their identity certificate and the original certificate of academic qualifications (degrees).

5. Applicants should check carefully when filling in the information. After submitting the registration form, you must sign the registration commitment letter, and the information cannot be modified after payment.

(3) Qualification verification

1. Qualification review shall be conducted according to the principle of territoriality. Applicants do not need to bring proof materials such as academic qualifications and relevant professional working years to the site for verification. The qualification verification staff shall verify the qualifications through the national qualification examination registration service platform according to the relevant information and uploaded materials reported by the applicants. Qualification verification runs through the whole examination process. In the process of verification, the qualification verification department may require the applicants in doubt to submit relevant materials. Applicants need to bring the required materials and accept manual verification in the specified time and manner. Those who fail to carry out manual verification as required will be disqualified or given invalid test results.

2. Applicants who have violated disciplines and regulations in the professional and technical personnel qualification examination and recorded them in the integrity file of the professional and technical personnel qualification examination during the recording period are not applicable to the notification commitment system. It is required to print the registration form for the first-class constructor qualification examination (hereinafter referred to as the registration form), and engage in related majors with the original and photocopy of the academic degree certificate and the original and photocopy of the ID card after being examined and approved by the unit, signed and stamped with the administrative official seal with legal person qualification. Candidates directly under the provincial registration point go to the Sichuan Construction Post Training and Qualification Registration Center (Address: 2nd Floor, No.21Zhimin Road, Wuhou District, Chengdu, Sichuan Province) for on-site manual verification. Complete the registration process after on-site manual verification.

(4) Online payment

Cost: 665438+ objective question 0 yuan, subjective question 70 yuan. After the payment is successful, the non-policy factors will not be refunded.

(5) Electronic invoice printing

Electronic invoices can be printed in the column of "Personnel Examination" in official website (rst.sc.gov.cn) of Sichuan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security (see Annex 4 for the process), and paper invoices are no longer provided.

(6) Print the admission ticket

Print the admission ticket in China Personnel Examination Network (www.cpta.com.cn). Applicants should carefully check the personal information such as name and ID number on the admission ticket. If there are any mistakes, you must register with the personnel examination institution where the registration point is located during the printing period of the admission ticket (working hours), otherwise you can't take the exam.

Six, results query, review, check the application and certificate collection

(A) the query results

Check the results in China Personnel Examination Network (www.cpta.com.cn).

(2) Publicity and review

After the results are announced, the list of qualified personnel to be certified will be publicized in the "Personnel Examination" column of official website (rst.sc.gov.cn) of the Sichuan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, and the qualification examination department where the registration point is located will accept the report and review it.

(3) Apply for checkpoints

After the results are announced, if you have any objection to the results, you can submit an application for checking points. Subjective questions must be submitted online through the "Personnel Examination" column of official website (rst.sc.gov.cn) of the Sichuan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, and on-site applications are not accepted. The objective subjects shall submit a written application to the personnel examination institution where the registration point is located during the check period, and only accept the check application for abnormal results such as absent examination, violation of discipline, zero score and invalid. In addition, other cheque applications are not accepted.

(4) Certificate collection

The certificate is collected at the issuing agency where the registration point is located.

Seven, the examination instructions

(1) The stationery that candidates bring during the exam is limited to black ink pens, 2b pencils, erasers, rulers and calculators without text function. Draft paper is put in the examination room for the examiner to use and recovered after the examination.

(2) During the examination, candidates enter the examination room with the admission ticket and identity documents (the types of documents include the second-generation ID card, social security card, military officer's card, Hong Kong and Macao identity certificates, mainland travel permit for taiwan residents and overseas passports, excluding expired ID cards, first-generation ID cards, copies of ID cards and other documents and documents), and sit down accordingly, and put the admission ticket and identity documents on the examination table. People with two different certificates are not allowed to enter the examination room. Candidates, identity documents, admission tickets are inconsistent with the information in the Candidate Register, and those with wrong subjects and grades are not allowed to enter the examination room.

(3) Candidates should carefully check and fill in the information in the exam, protect their answer sheets and answer sheets (paper), prevent being copied by others, and establish a sense of self-protection and integrity reference. After the examination, papers identified as identical by technical means are invalid.

(4) Candidates must strictly abide by the relevant provisions of the examination. If there is any violation of discipline and discipline, it will be dealt with in strict accordance with the Provisions on Handling Violation of Discipline and Discipline in Professional and Technical Personnel Qualification Examination (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Order No.31). (5) In 2020, all the objective test papers of the first-level constructor qualification examination will adopt the technology of combining "marking" with "integrating volume and certificate".

(VI) "Professional Engineering Management and Practice" is the subjective topic. Please ask the invigilator to remind the candidates that "before answering the questions, you must carefully read the precautions of the candidates (the second cover of the test paper) and the instructions for answering the questions (the front page of the special answer sheet), and use the prescribed answering tools to answer the questions in the designated area of the special answer sheet".

Eight, organize the inspection of epidemic prevention and control work.

In all aspects of the examination organization and implementation, all localities should conscientiously abide by the relevant provisions of the epidemic prevention and control work at all levels, implement their responsibilities, and actively respond. Cooperate closely with local health, education, public security, industry and information technology departments to ensure the life safety and physical health of candidates and examination staff, and ensure the safe, stable and smooth implementation of examination organization during the normalization of epidemic prevention and control.
