Personal summary of nurse training 1

From August 8th to19th, I was lucky enough to attend the training course of "Head Nurse Position in Tertiary Hospitals" organized by the Provincial Nursing Association. The students in this training course are all from tertiary hospitals in Jiangsu Province, and I have benefited a lot from 12 days of theoretical and clinical practice training.

The contents of this training course include: introduction to management and hospital management practice, head nurses' leadership methods, execution and team building, detailed rules for the implementation of evaluation standards for graded hospitals, nursing management and continuous quality improvement, quality improvement and the application of quality control circle, the cultivation and assessment of young nurses' clinical practical work ability, and the implementation and experience of performance appraisal management.

As a new ward head nurse, I really have no idea about the requirements of the post of "head nurse" and how to be a qualified head nurse. This kind of head nurse training class is a timely rain for me, which makes me further realize the nature of my work and clarify my responsibilities and obligations.

Now I report my learning summary as follows:

1, how to manage the work

Through this training, I learned that "management" is a science and an art, not the simple "managing people by people" and "managing by experience" I originally thought. Modern management pays more attention to "managing people by system", "managing more with less" and "managing according to place, time and people", all of which must be based on scientific theories and methods. Managers regulate and manage the work of subordinates according to these scientific systems, routines and processes. In addition, we should pay attention to the art of management, and achieve "fairness, justice, multi-purpose positive incentive mechanism, humanized management" and so on. We should constantly improve our personal knowledge, be responsible, be good at employing people, be ready to help others, and enhance our personal charm.

As a manager, you must have the ability to inspire, control emotions, be humorous, speak and listen. As Professor Liu Hong of South Medical University said in the training class, for a head nurse, to do a good job in management, she must have five core abilities, namely, "effective communication with superiors, ensuring the completion of tasks, being good at solving problems, building a high-performance team and execution". Liu Jiaoshou conveyed these principles and methods to us with vivid examples, which really benefited us a lot.

The most effective leader never emphasizes himself, but is a team, which can tolerate anyone's diversity. As a head nurse, she should be like a magnet, attracting and driving department staff to work under the same goal and make achievements.

2. How to control the quality of nursing in wards?

Nursing quality mainly refers to the degree to which nursing work provides nursing technology and life service for patients. It is not a fixed goal, but a process of continuous improvement. The implementation of its management mainly includes: plan, process, result and feedback. I was deeply impressed by the lecture given by Chen Xiangyu, director of the nursing department of Gulou Hospital, on how the head nurse carries out quality control. She pointed out that "the head nurse should have quality standards in mind", and should evaluate and measure from three aspects: structure, process and result, scientifically analyze, find problems, understand the causes of problems, improve the scheme, implement the scheme, and then check the feedback to achieve continuous improvement. This provides a good reference for my future work.

3, grade hospital review requirements

In the past, we only had a preliminary understanding of the requirements and connotation of grade hospital evaluation. In this training class, we systematically studied the evaluation of grade hospitals, and learned the classification of detailed rules (basic standards, core clauses and optional items), the distribution of nursing core clauses in Jiangsu detailed rules, and the expression, judgment principles, nature results and inspection methods of evaluation. In particular, I have a deeper understanding of the content of Chapter 5. It is helpful for us to better carry out and cooperate with the evaluation of grade hospitals in our hospital.

At the same time of theoretical study, we also conducted clinical practice training. My internship training hospitals are the Second Affiliated Hospital of Southern Medical University and Zhong Da Hospital. Through four days' internship in two hospitals, I was deeply impressed by their following practices in communication and study with colleagues in hospitals.

Impressive practice:

1, bedside rounds in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Southern Medical University

The ward of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Southern Medical University basically has a head nurse to make bedside rounds every day. The specific method is to select patients with serious illness in the ward, and the participants include head nurses, responsible team leaders, responsible nurses, junior nurses in the ward and practical nurses. First, the nurse in charge will report the patient's condition (nine points) at the bedside of the patient, evaluate the patient's nursing problems today, take specific measures (on-site surgery), and make an evaluation, pointing out what problems have not been solved and need to be explained to the next class. After the report of the nurse in charge, the team leader will report what guidance was given to the patient today, and evaluate the work of the nurse in charge, point out the shortcomings and provide supplementary guidance. Finally, the head nurse is evaluating and tracing back, and then asking questions about patients.

2. Authorized management of head nurses in Zhong Da Hospital.

My internship department in Zhong Da Hospital is neurology, and the head nurse's authorization management is better. The main method is to set up several quality control groups (such as administrative group, quality control group, teaching and research group, etc.). ), with a senior and capable nurse as the team leader and 3-4 team members, work on their respective projects, and the head nurse bears the main responsibility.

3. Nurses in Zhong Da University Hospital receive different levels of training.

Zhong Da Hospital has training objectives and specific measures for nurses in charge, nurses, nursing workers and recent personnel. Senior nurses are mainly trained in teaching, scientific research articles and organizational skills. Junior nurses mainly train basic skills, knowledge and professional knowledge.

All the above practices have achieved good results in practice and inspired me greatly. I want to learn from them in my future work. The following are my immature ideas, and I hope the leaders will criticize and guide me.

Immature ideas:

1, more bedside rounds

In the future work, I will combine the characteristics of our department, organize more bedside rounds, and combine the case tracking method to cultivate nurses' ability to find and solve problems, and also exercise their expression skills. This not only broadens nurses' knowledge and improves the quality of nursing, but also exercises the head nurse herself, prompting us to constantly learn professional knowledge and improve the ability of organization and coordination.

2. Authorization management

Authorization enables nurses to participate in ward management, which not only exercises nurses' ability and improves their subjective initiative, but also frees the head nurse from tedious things and supervises and macro-controls ward work, which is more conducive to the control, innovation and development of ward nursing quality. I want to carry it out in my future work, but I don't think it is suitable for me or the staff in the ward. I still want to keep learning, constantly improve my various abilities, and then evaluate the abilities and needs of the department staff, lead them to study together, slowly let them participate in the management of the ward, cultivate subjective initiative, strengthen the cohesion of the department, and approach this goal step by step.

3. Nurses receive different levels of training.

Focusing on the overall goal of building an academic team proposed by our ward, "hierarchical training" also provided me with a new idea. We can consider bringing it into scientific research management, evaluate the scientific research ability of nurses in our ward, give preferential policies and resources to those with strong ability, and strive to train 1-2 scientific research backbones within 5- 10 years so that they can carry out scientific research independently; 3-5 professional experts can cooperate with the backbone of scientific research to carry out various scientific research work, and through the backbone and experts to drive other people to actively participate in scientific research work. Set up a "pyramid" business team according to personal ability to make the best use of people.

In short, after the on-the-job training of head nurses, although I have learned some management theory knowledge and broadened my horizons, it is far from enough. This is only the first step of the long March. In the future, I will continue to study, combine management theory with practical work, and lead all the staff in the department to do a good job in the ward.

Personal summary of nurses' further study II

In June this year, I had a one-month study in xx Central Hospital. I am very grateful to the hospital leaders and nursing department for giving me this opportunity to learn. Through this study, I benefited a lot and felt deeply. Now I will summarize what I have seen, heard and gained in my study as follows.

First, the classification of nurses. Central hospital divides nursing staff into assistant nurses, junior nurses, intermediate nurses and senior nurses. According to different grades, the requirements for nurses are different, and the number of patients in charge and the degree of illness are also different. The corresponding salary bonus is different from other corresponding rewards. Assistant nurses are new employees who finish their work under the guidance of superior nurses. The head nurse in charge has been employed for 1 to 3 years, and can basically master common nursing operations and solve common nursing problems. Intermediate competent nurses can master basic and specialized nursing skillfully, and can make nursing plans and organize their implementation according to patients' conditions. Senior responsible nurses are proficient in conventional and specialized nursing knowledge and operation, have rich clinical experience, can solve complex and difficult nursing problems, and have the ability to organize and guide teaching. In this way, the working ability of nurses is distinguished and nurses have a clear career plan. Nursing quality is closely related to nurses' professional quality and independent thinking ability. The classification of nurses has improved everyone's work enthusiasm, prompted us to study actively, accumulated more knowledge and information, and served patients better.

Second, quality nursing service. The high-quality nursing service activities carried out by the central hospital have changed the nurses' taking the "doctor's advice" as the center to complete all kinds of nursing work, and changed the fragmented care of patients by different nurses into a mode in which relatively fixed nurses are responsible for the whole process of patients from admission to discharge, and the mode of being attended for 8 hours and 24 hours is implemented. In the past, the whole nursing work was simply summarized as functional nursing that dealt with several functions such as doctor's advice, injection and medicine distribution, and it became small responsibility nursing. The nurse in charge has professional knowledge, can grasp the key points of observation, and closely observe the patient's condition while implementing life nursing. For example, taking a bath in bed, she will check whether the skin is damaged, pressure sores, bleeding spots, rashes, and contact the doctor to take measures if it is abnormal. When turning over for the patient, she will pay attention to protecting the catheter, prevent the catheter from slipping, guide the correct turning over method, protect the affected limb and avoid aggravating the patient's pain. Through the development of high-quality nursing work and the implementation of small responsibility system, nurses have established the concept of "my patient", went deep into the ward, communicated effectively with patients, actively cared for patients, provided health knowledge related to diseases and implemented health education. Improve the quality of nursing. Provide continuous and full-course nursing service for responsible patients.

Third, specialized nursing. My major is orthopedics, and they attach great importance to the development of specialty characteristics. The atlas of health education distributed according to common diseases in the department is hung in the corridor of the department, which is very specific, comprehensive and easy to understand, so that patients can have a complete understanding of their diseases. Print and shoot specialist nursing operation specifications and videos such as triangle towel suspension, straight turn and back muscle exercise. Standardize and standardize specialized nursing operation. After the patient is admitted to the hospital, the responsible nurse should know eight things about the patient, namely, bed number, name, diagnosis, illness, treatment, nursing, diet and positive signs. There will be health education and functional exercise guidance from admission to discharge. According to the characteristics of the specialty and the characteristics of the surgical site, the hospital gown is not only convenient for dressing change and condition observation, but also fully convenient for patients. The pillow made makes the patient's affected limb more comfortable, and the use of bedsore pad can effectively prevent and reduce the occurrence of bedsore and relieve the patient's pain.

In short, with the improvement of people's living standards, the requirements for medical care are also constantly improving. Nursing service is not limited to simple nursing work such as injection, infusion and medicine distribution, and more and more attention is paid to providing patients with all-round and all-round quality nursing services. Through this study, my awareness of nursing service and nursing level have been greatly improved. Finally, I am very grateful to the hospital leaders for giving me this opportunity to learn and improve. I will consolidate the knowledge and skills I have learned and apply them to practical work to better serve patients and contribute to the rapid development of the hospital.

Personal summary of nurses' further study 3

Three months of study and life are fleeting, and the First People's Hospital of Hangzhou left a deep impression on me. This study career not only broadened my horizons, enriched my professional knowledge, but also made me feel the charm of medical care more deeply. I am very grateful to the leaders and colleagues of the nursing department and department of the hospital for their help. I was arranged by the hospital nursing department to study in the department. With the help of experienced teachers, I have learned valuable knowledge and clinical operation that I have never encountered in my usual work.

Looking back now, I still remember the knowledge of premature infants' care of ventilators, the technology of arterial blood collection and intravenous indwelling needle, the scientific feeding knowledge of premature infants' intravenous nutrition, the disinfection and isolation system of neonatal room, standardized hospital management, clean wards, diligent nurses, unity and cooperation, and in-place nursing services. I always feel that time flies and there are still many skills to learn. Sound equipment and technical level, scientific and effective instruments and equipment,

Here you can see all kinds of special ventilators for newborns, such as transfer incubators, advanced incubators, invasive (non-invasive) ventilators for newborns, blue-light incubators on all sides, neonatal radiation incubators and so on. In addition, the neonatal ward has an experienced nursing team with advanced nursing level and concept. The department has PICC nursing team to monitor the venous indwelling and arterial blood pressure of newborns, which greatly reduces the pain caused by repeated puncture and reduces the probability of infection.

Strict disinfection and isolation system and perfect disinfection and isolation measures, in order to avoid cross infection, they wipe the incubator with disposable ventilator pipes, disposable oxygen saturation probes, disposable oxygen bottles, disposable sputum suction bottles and disposable sterile gauze every time they replace nasal feeding syringes. Every infected child was sent to a private isolation room, and the application of closed sputum suction tube reduced the occurrence of nosocomial infection and VAP. When we suggested that some disposable items were wasteful, the head nurse said:

In the care of very low and ultra-low birth weight infants, a special person is in charge of management, the skin temperature is controlled by an advanced incubator, and protective isolation is implemented. Specialist nurses are responsible during the day and the nursing team leader is responsible at night. They are highly qualified and predictable in disease observation. Can really achieve centralized nursing and closely observe the changes of the disease.

In the neonatal ward, before the premature infants are discharged from the hospital, parents will be given a lesson on premature infants' nursing, and special nurses will explain and guide them, so that parents can master the daily care of premature infants, such as bathing and feeding, until parents understand. Parents should be informed of different diseases during hospitalization, such as the treatment and nursing of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy and respiratory distress syndrome. , told by doctors and nurses. Let parents know more about their children's illness, treatment and care, which will be more reassuring.

In a word, my skills and thoughts have been improved obviously through studying in the First People's Hospital of Hangzhou. As a newborn nurse, we should not only have superb skills, but also have advanced nursing concepts to improve the quality of personnel. We should have a sense of responsibility, love and conscience, do every job well, strictly abide by the aseptic operation and disinfection and isolation system, avoid cross-infection, improve the quality of nursing, and be the protective angel of every child.

I think, if everyone can enjoy work as a life, then the motivation, enthusiasm and sincerity of work are there, and the realistic environment requires us to show incomparable enthusiasm and drive. Finally, I would like to thank the leaders of the hospital again for giving me this precious learning opportunity, which has given me a lot of experiences and insights. Perhaps such a learning opportunity will not bring earth-shaking changes to my work, but I have more thoughts on my life and work, hoping that it can penetrate into my mind and bring new ideas to my life. I will constantly absorb new ideas and technologies and move forward forever.
