There is a saying in Hui Yuan of Taoism 160: "Those who are kind-hearted are born by magic machine, cultivate immortality and refine truth, and control evil by this. ..... The basic component of hand tactics is "tactical text" (so-called tactical item). The formula refers to a fixed part on the palm and fingers, which symbolizes the stars, the ten heavenly stems, the twelve earthly branches, the nine palaces, the eight diagrams, the five elements, the four phases, the azimuth, the twenty-eight nights and everything. It turns out that the mount of Qing Xuanshen is nine lions, and this tactic is the symbol of its mount. The tactics of big and small pig heads symbolize the arrival of fighting basking. The original animal was named "Yi" and its image was seven pigs with horns on its head, so it was used as a symbol of taking over the battle. Representative instruments include "Trident Tactics" and "Sword Tactics" (described later).
The formula of ancestors represents the founder of this school, and there are many Taoist and folk Taoist factions, so it is difficult to say clearly. The key is to start school! There are also a lot of strategies representing God. Because there are many Taoist gods, and the gods used by different factions will be different. More importantly, there is "Marshal Lei Tactics", which represents Marshal Lei; "Dujian tactic" means that all the military forces commanding magic weapons are in prison; "Tian Ding" stands for Tian Dingli; "Gong Cao Ji" represents the Gong Cao who summons the gods to manage the archives. Every god will take care of different things, so you can't make a mistake. When painting characters give birth to the guarantee of production, we must use the tactic of "Gao Tianjun"; When whipping a dragon to cause rain, you must use the "whipping dragon tactic"; We should use the "Ding Family Tactics" to exorcise evil spirits and the "Zhao Shuai Tactics" to fight the epidemic.

Because there are many kinds of spells for healing, exorcism, tempering and disaster relief, there are also a large number of corresponding spells. This kind of tactic order is named after evil and things to be dealt with, such as "tiger order" and "ghost order" Some of them are called by the mage's behavior, such as "evil eye", "forbidden ghost tactic" and "holding thunder bureau", and there are also artifacts named after them, such as "trident tactics", "sword tactics" and "golden needle tactics". All related spell systems are drawn into a formula spectrum, which clearly indicates that the mage must use the formula strictly.

Generally, we should use such tactics as "flying in the sky to seal jade", "Sanqing Zhangwen", "Double Crane", "Eight Gong Liu Yang", "Demon reduction pestle" and "Swinging evil spirits".
