Processing all kinds of complex parts for users, including product samples and batch processing. The technical center has several CNC machining centers, including four-axis, five-axis and turn-milling machining centers, which can meet the needs of various parts processing.
Three: CNC technical training
Specializing in drawing mechanical and electronic 3D and 2D drawings, compiling and debugging NC machining programs, and training software UG, Mastercam, CATIA, Solidworks, Cimatron, Solidcam, Hypermill, machining center, etc.
Four: mechanical equipment mapping
Mainly includes mechanical parts mapping and equipment mapping.
Carry out measurement and analysis according to the prototype provided by the customer, and draw the engineering drawing.
Surveying and mapping of mechanical parts: customers provide samples and pictures of equipment parts, and then carry out measurement and analysis through various technical means to draw engineering drawings of parts.
1. When the equipment is small, customers can transport the equipment to our company, and our engineers and technicians will conduct surveying and mapping, and then draw engineering drawings.
2. When the volume and total amount of the equipment are relatively large, our technicians can go to the customer's office for on-site surveying and mapping and draw engineering drawings through consultation between both parties.
The materials delivered to customers include: equipment general assembly drawing, complete set of parts manufacturing and processing drawing, parts list, standard parts, purchased parts, special parts material list and processing technology.
Five: mechanical drawing
It mainly includes CAD drawing and 3D modeling.
1. Copy and draw standard drawings: draw CAD electronic drawings according to the provided blueprints, copies or scanned copies.
2. Translation and transformation of foreign drawings: according to the provided foreign standard drawings, it is transformed into two-dimensional engineering drawings processed in China.
3.2D drawing output: according to the provided 3D model drawings, it is converted into 2D engineering drawings.
4. Three-dimensional modeling: according to the provided two-dimensional drawings, the two-dimensional drawings are converted into three-dimensional mathematical models.
5.UG modeling: surface modeling, assembly, drawing, motion analysis, advanced simulation, secondary development and other modules.
6. Conduct finite element analysis, such as structural static analysis.
