Curriculum design and development is a skill that every professional trainer must know, including: topic selection, goal setting, structure construction, teaching strategy, content enrichment, courseware development, packaging and publicity.

The first step: choose the theme, consider the needs of the organization and students, and finally decide the most urgent, needed and radiant topic, which must focus on the post and task.

Step 2: Set goals. If the course is related to enterprise performance, there must be clear teaching objectives. Only when the goal is clear can we start from the finish line.

Step 5: Enrich the content, starting with brain science, enrich the rational content (dry goods content) and perceptual content (perceptual materials) of the course, and comprehensively consider the rational and perceptual materials such as students' psychology, brain and emotions, especially the collection of perceptual materials.

Step 6: Develop courseware, and output complete PPT courseware, instructor's manual, student's manual, case base and other text materials, including printed and electronic versions of the course. The experience and wisdom of an enterprise can't rely on a trainer, and focusing on the text is the most reliable. Since ancient times, human beings have been relying on books to inherit wisdom.

The seventh step: packaging publicity, short-term look at packaging, long-term look at the connotation. If an enterprise's curriculum wants to be liked by the audience, it needs a certain degree of packaging and publicity. Just like promoting a movie, the script and actors are well played, and the later stage is to create publicity for the audience to experience. The purpose of your course design and production is to serve the students, because they will only make achievements for the enterprise if they change.
