Legal basis: Article 3 of the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Training Institutions in Henan Province follows the principles of "comprehensive coverage, standardized source, combination of length and breadth, territorial responsibility, behavior supervision and collaborative governance", and insists on paying equal attention to standardization and supervision, pre-approval and post-event supervision, and industry supervision and behavior supervision.
