First of all, reform the underachievers with your heart.

3. Cultivate students with rich activities.

One is an overbearing teacher. The education of students advocates affection, reason, persuasion and perseverance, while some teachers overemphasize the dignity of teachers, suppress students' self-esteem, lack educational democracy and often give orders to students when dealing with the relationship between teachers and students. Students will be scolded and even fight. In this way, students who are criticized and punished are psychologically resistant and unwilling to receive education, and other students are also afraid of teachers.

The second is an eccentric teacher. Teachers should be philanthropists and fully care about the growth of every student. However, in the actual education work, eugenics often become the object that everyone likes, and the shortcomings of eugenics are easily tolerated or even beautified by teachers. For underachievers, the left is not pleasing to the eye, and the right is not pleasing to the eye. It seems that there are shortcomings from head to toe, so the education of underachievers lacks confidence, sincerity and patience, and the way is simple and rude, which is in stark contrast to the attitude towards gifted students.

The third is a hypocritical teacher. Teachers should match words with deeds, while some teachers preach in class and distinguish between right and wrong, but they turn black and white after class. Some teachers like to brag about themselves in front of students, even at the expense of denigrating others.
