We often encounter such a situation: when we walk into the hospital, we don't know whether to register left or right; After hanging up the number, I don't know which floor to go to for medical treatment; Finally, the doctor prescribed a prescription. I still don't know where to pay for the medicine.

This is a common situation. Because patients are not familiar with the organization, geographical location and operation process of the hospital, it is often difficult for them to seek medical treatment in the hospital. It is undoubtedly worse for the heart that has been hurt by the disease. In addition, because the hospital is overcrowded, it may sometimes lead to disorder and affect the normal operation of the hospital.

According to these actual situations, in order to solve this problem, the concept of "guiding doctors" was born. As the name implies, "medical guide" plays the role of a guide and provides a convenient crowd for new patients who are not familiar with the hospital.

Our group tried to implement the medical guidance system in the hospital, providing volunteers for those who need medical guidance, so as to facilitate patients to seek medical treatment in the hospital.

Due to the shortage of manpower in hospitals, "guiding doctors" are generally not medical personnel, but volunteers or volunteers of a free nature.

Considering the actual situation of the hospital and our own favorable conditions, we are going to make use of a large number of volunteer resources owned by Fudan University.

Specific operational measures:

Goal:

1, which is convenient for patients and relieves the psychological pressure during medical treatment.

Accompanied by a guided doctor can save patients' time of seeing a doctor and have confidence in a well-organized hospital. In the process of guidance, doctors can chat with patients to reduce their psychological pressure and irritability.

2. Improve hospital order.

Every patient saves time in seeing a doctor, which means the improvement of work efficiency, thus indirectly improving the order of hospital visits. This is a virtuous circle, guiding the doctor's intervention to build a bridge between patients, hospitals and doctors and promote their coordination.

Framework:

1, sampling survey-to understand the main problems in the process of medical treatment.

What kind of guidance do patients need most? Can you accept the form of guiding doctors? Do you feel that your personal space has been invaded? Through sampling survey, we can master the psychology of patients, so as to carry out our work better in the future.

2, publicity, recruitment _ —— Recruit volunteers from the school volunteer team.

Every class in the school has a youth volunteer service team, and we can contact them to reach a long-term and fixed-point intention; You can also put up posters on campus and recruit some caring students who are willing to do something for others for free. They can regularly get the role of guiding doctors from hospitals.

3. On-site development-provide volunteers according to the needs of the problem.

It mainly includes volunteer training and volunteer participation. This requires the active cooperation of the hospital and the joint efforts of everyone.

4. Evaluation-patient's reaction, decision and adjustment.

Because this is the first time that we are engaged in a similar project, there will be some shortcomings in the process, and we need to make timely adjustments according to the actual situation and the patient's response.

Of course, we can also learn some successful examples. For example, some doctors in Oriental Hospital will take the initiative to write small cards of encouragement to patients and so on.

In short, under the unified management of guiding doctors, we can also actively play our own image according to our actual situation, try our best to think of patients, serve patients and narrow the distance between us.
