Chapter IV Appointment and Evaluation of Professional Titles of Full-time Lecturers
Ninth full-time lecturer grade evaluation
The evaluation and engagement of lecturers' professional and technical levels shall be conducted once a year. Tenth full-time lecturer rating standards.

3. Evaluation and employment of intermediate lecturers
The junior lecturer's term of office is more than one year, and the company's comprehensive evaluation is good (refer to the relevant provisions of the year-end evaluation of the Human Resources Department); Being able to teach the training course of director's growth stage of XX standard course has good teaching effect; Develop at least 4 units of non-standard courses (2 class hours/unit). Able to teach PTT training courses.
4. Evaluation and appointment of senior lecturers
The term of the intermediate lecturer is more than one year, and the comprehensive evaluation of the company is good (refer to the relevant provisions of the year-end evaluation of the Human Resources Department); Being able to teach department manager training and counseling courses, and the teaching effect is good; At least two sets of non-standard courses (not less than 4 hours/set) will be developed and can be widely used nationwide after being audited and filed by the Teaching Material Management Office of the Head Office. Be able to carry out the research and development of teaching materials and participate in the research and development and compilation of teaching materials of the training department of the head office; Able to teach in various training courses organized by the head office.
5. Evaluation and employment of senior lecturers
Senior lecturer's term of office is more than one year, and the company's comprehensive evaluation is excellent (refer to the relevant regulations of year-end evaluation of human resources department); Be able to carry out curriculum research and development, participate in the research and development and compilation of teaching materials in the training department of the head office, and promote them throughout the system.
Chapter IV Appointment and Evaluation of Professional Titles of Full-time Lecturers
Article 1 1 Initial Grading and Special Promotion
He has made great contributions to the company's education and training, and has been engaged in training in the same industry for more than 3 years with excellent results. Although you do not meet the above conditions, you can also apply for the highest promotion to intermediate lecturer for the first time. Grading and promotion applications must be submitted to the Training Department and Human Resources Department of the Head Office for approval.

Chapter VI Measures for Transfer of Lecturer Grade

1. Transfer to the full-time lecturer series of group training, according to the same level, that is, primary corresponds to primary, intermediate corresponds to intermediate, and so on.
2. Trainers in the same industry can be promoted directly according to the training situation and working hours, but they must report to the head office and provide effective training certificates. The first appointment level shall not be higher than the intermediate level.
3. The personnel of the marketing department of the company's individual insurance series are transferred to the lecturer series, and transferred to the lecturer rank, and graded according to the individual's industry, the company's participation in various trainings and working hours.
