Books are the ladder of human progress and the condensation of human culture and knowledge. Reading makes people love benevolence, worship righteousness, be polite, enlighten wisdom and keep their promises. Reading, let us improve our quality, increase our knowledge, cultivate our sentiment, improve our taste, realize our life and stick to our morality. In recent years, Baihe Court has adhered to the policy of "developing the hospital with culture", actively carried out the construction of court culture, called on and guided the police officers in the hospital to read more books and improve the cultural atmosphere of the court in an all-round way. This year, in accordance with the requirements of the higher court, we carefully organized and carried out the "reading comprehension" activity. Today, we invite Dean An to give us guidance. Vice President An Yongqiang is a well-known compound leader, expert and knowledge judge among the court judges in the city. Dean An graduated from northwest university of politics and law in his early years, majoring in law, and also graduated from the second on-the-job Master of Law. Long-term prosecutor of Ankang People's Procuratorate; He also served as the Standing Committee of the District Committee, Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee and Deputy Secretary of the District Committee for many years in Hanbin District, and was the actual organizer of several Dragon Boat Festival in Ankang. At present, he is mainly responsible for civil trial business in Ankang Intermediate People's Court, and has rich experience in legal work and party and government work.
What is particularly commendable is that, in addition to his busy official duties, Dean An also took time out to devote himself to academic research in law, which has yielded fruitful results over the years and published many academic articles. In September, 20xx, his academic monograph "Psychological Analysis of Sentencing Deviation —— Psychological Basis of Sentencing Standardization" was officially published in People's Court Press, and was listed as a series of "2 1 century legal frontier academic documents" by People's Court Press. The book has nearly 200,000 words. From the cross perspective of law and psychology, through the analysis of judge's sentencing psychology, this paper focuses on the in-depth study and discussion of the psychological basis of judge's sentencing standardization. The book is novel in viewpoint and substantial in content, which fills the academic gap and has high academic value. Moreover, this is also the first academic monograph for judges in Ankang two-level court system.
In addition, he revealed to comrades that Dean An is also an active advocate of a healthy lifestyle. He insisted on swimming in the Han River for many years to fight the wind and waves, and he is also an example for us to learn from in healthy life.
