In order to further strengthen and standardize the training of cadres in colleges and universities, and promote colleges and universities to better serve the scientific development and the growth of cadres, the Central Organization Department and the Ministry of Education jointly issued the Opinions on Establishing and Standardizing the Training Bases for Cadres in Colleges and Universities, and identified Peking University (C9), Tsinghua University (C9), China Renmin University, Beijing Normal University, Harbin Institute of Technology (C9), Fudan University (C9), Xi Jiaotong University (C9) and Zhejiang.
