Six Sigma Black Belt, also known as BB (Black Belt), is a part of Six Sigma. Generally speaking, it is full-time, and its role is to train and guide the green belt. At the same time, it uses prescribed methods, such as DMAIC (definition, measurement, analysis, improvement and control), DMADV (definition, measurement, analysis, design and verification) and DFSS (design for six sigma) to lead the improvement project.
The Six Sigma Black Belt is the backbone of the enterprise to fully implement the Six Sigma, responsible for the implementation and promotion of the Six Sigma, and shouldering the task of training the green belt. Generally, a black belt needs training 100 green belts a year. Six black belts are the important roles in six suitable horse management, which are responsible for six suitable horse improvement projects, the backbone of the successful completion of six suitable horse management projects and the core strength of six suitable horse organizations.
