This summer, Zhao Xingmei, director of the Provincial Institute of Education, gave a special lecture on "Talking about School-based Teaching and Research" in the training activities for key teachers organized by further education schools. There is an old saying in China, "Read it a hundred times, and its meaning will show itself". Reading aloud is an activity in which many senses participate together and interpret it through sound.
Teacher Yang is good at using audio-visual teaching methods, grasping the characteristics of Chinese education and teaching, and using reading instead of speaking to make students use their brains, words and hands to fully mobilize their enthusiasm. In order to thoroughly implement the policies and regulations of the Ministry of Education, the Provincial Department of Education and the xx Municipal Education Bureau on the continuing education of primary and secondary school teachers, do a good job in the training of new teachers, and lay a solid foundation for teacher training, the Education Bureau organized a three-year systematic training for new teachers in winter vacation, which laid the foundation for promoting the transformation of new teachers into backbone teachers.
This training course mainly includes educational reform and development situation, norms, educational ideas, classroom teaching, modern educational technology, students' ideological education, class management and teaching and scientific research knowledge. The leaders attending the opening ceremony of the training course are xxxx. Let me convey the training plan of special training for new teachers: the training of new teachers adheres to the principle of "one-year study, two-year imitation and three-year innovation" and is implemented in three stages: the first year: trainee training, emphasizing "learning". Through training, the basic knowledge and requirements of new teachers in professional ethics, educational philosophy, teaching business and student education management are systematically trained, and the requirements of the Ministry of Education are met after the probation period. New teachers who pass the examination during the probation period organized by the competent education department will become full members. The design hours of this training period are 120 hours. The second year: outward bound training. At this stage, "imitation" is highlighted. Through a large number of teaching cases and observation classes, I am familiar with teaching materials, learn to use scientific teaching methods, and understand students' ideological and psychological characteristics. Master the methods of class management. The design time of this training cycle is about 64 hours. The third year is the cultivation period. This stage emphasizes "innovation". On the basis of the training in the first two stages, it guides teachers to consciously and systematically check, diagnose, summarize and reflect on the problems existing in teaching practice and class management, strengthen exchanges and discussions, further improve the teaching business of new teachers and the work level of class teachers, and lay a good foundation for growing into young backbone teachers.
The design period of this training is about 48 hours. Regarding this training, I reiterate the following points:
1, take some quality study notes. Write down your notes during the training so that you can learn from them when writing your own experiences. Remember as much as you can, but with quality. Taking notes is also a process of material accumulation, so it will be less annoying when using books. It is good that notes can achieve this effect.
2. Seriously write a high-quality training experience. Training experience is the process of re-integrating, refining and testing the information you have obtained. Only by sitting down and quietly sorting out what you hear, see and think, can learning take root in your brain, deepen your understanding of the learning content, and think about the information obtained at present in combination with your own experience and knowledge, so that you can also absorb the essence in a targeted and critical way and write at the same time.
