Black screen is a common problem in our computer startup. Black screen is usually caused by the following reasons:

2. If the power of the monitor is turned on, the display power light is normal, but it is not displayed on the screen. The reason may be that the brightness or contrast adjustment ratio of the display is not appropriate, and the possibility of hardware failure of the graphics card or poor contact between the display signal line and the graphics card interface cannot be ruled out.
Second, the computer can't start.

This failure is usually caused by the following reasons:

Third, the machine can start normally, but it cannot enter the operating system.
The computer can start normally, and all the hardware works normally, but it is impermanent to work normally in the operating system. The main failure phenomena have the following solutions:
1, the computer can start normally, the monitor is normal before entering the operating system desktop, and the screen is black after entering the system desktop. This failure is usually caused by the high resolution setting of the display. Please enter from the installation mode, delete the graphics card driver and re-enter.
2. The computer can start normally. Before entering the operating system, there will be a boot error prompt. Check whether the startup settings or startup sequence of devices in CMOS are wrong. At this time, you will be prompted to find an interface device such as disk A or IDE.
3. When the system starts, you will be prompted that the hard disk cannot be found. The power cord or data cable of the hard disk is not properly connected or damaged. Just reconnect or replace it.
4. The hard disk of the machine works normally, and there is an error prompt for loading the operating system. Please check whether the system partition is activated. If it is not necessarily activated, please re-use the partition software to activate the partition.
5. Boot prompts hard disk I/O error, please check whether the hard disk can work normally. If the hard disk can work normally, it means that the recovery software similar to the recovery wizard has been installed and I/O protection has been enabled. Please download the eraser of the recovery software to erase the original hard disk partition table, or use the Fdisk /MBR command to recover the hard disk partition table.
Four, the machine can start normally, after entering the operating system for a long time without response or slow response.
After 1. enters, the mouse cursor exists, but it cannot be moved. There is no response when pressing the number key (NumLock) on the keyboard. Please check whether the color of the monitor shows 256 colors, because the machine will not respond when the color is 256 colors when using Vientiane environmental billing software. 2. Everything is normal when the machine enters the system. After working for a period of time, you will be slow to respond, the mouse will not move, and the keyboard will not respond. At this time, the capacitance near the CPU of the motherboard and the power block of the power supply is generally damaged. If you pay attention, you can see that there is a crack at the top of the capacitor, or there is a mark of light yellow liquid next to the capacitor. This is hardware damage, please replace the motherboard. Motherboards produced by small manufacturers usually use recycled capacitors, which often leads to capacitor explosion.
3. When the machine enters the normal operation of the operating system, it crashes after running a program, which is generally caused by the wrong version of the graphics card driver. Replacing other versions of the driver can solve the problem.
4. After the machine enters the operating system, the mouse and keyboard react, and it takes a long time to operate normally. This may be because there are too many software loaded in the computer startup item, so just cancel the automatic startup setting. If it is not loaded in the startup item, please run msconfig command to check which programs are automatically loaded in the startup option, and delete irrelevant automatic loaders.
